On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright and comfortable living and dining room, complete with a television and direct access to the garden. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A separate WC is also located on this level. The upper floor hosts 3 bedrooms in total: 2 rooms each featuring 1 double bed, both with access to the balcony, and 1 room fitted with 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2. The property has 1 shower and WC bathroom, located on the upper floor. A furnished balcony and terrace complete the layout, both benefiting from the north facing orientation and offering very beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
