Villa Zefyros es una villa de tres dormitorios bellamente amueblada con capacidad para seis personas y se encuentra a poca distancia de la tradicional aldea chipriota Neo Chorio de 300 años en la costa noroeste del distrito de Pafos de Chipre. La villa se encuentra en una calle privada, tranquila y cerrada y goza de espectaculares vistas panorámicas de la bahía de Chrysochou y de la península salvaje y protegida de Akamas. Villa Zefyros también da al Anassa Hotel, un exclusivo y lujoso hotel spa de lujo de 5 estrellas. La villa tiene un jardín aislado con una mesa y sillas "al atardecer" y una piscina de borde infinito / desvanecimiento. La villa cuenta con un amplio mobiliario exterior que incluye una mesa de comedor y sillas, tumbonas, sombrillas, una barbacoa de gas y una pérgola sobre la terraza. La planta baja interior consta de una gran sala de estar de planta abierta con muebles muy cómodos, TV, sistema de cine en casa con DVD y una extensa biblioteca de DVD, reproductor de CD, biblioteca de música y base para reproductor de MP3 / iPod. El sistema de TV por Internet tiene una gran cantidad de estaciones / canales de televisión, You Tube, radio y club de video: ¡hay más de 6,000 películas, etc. en este último! Hay una zona de comedor y cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye horno, vitrocerámica, lavadora, nevera / congelador, microondas y lavavajillas. También en la planta baja hay un dormitorio con literas fijas y una silla de masaje relajante y también hay un inodoro con lavabo y cabina de ducha. Arriba, el impresionante dormitorio principal tiene una cama con dosel y baño privado con bañera, ducha, inodoro y lavabo. El dormitorio principal tiene una caja fuerte disponible para los huéspedes. La segunda habitación doble también tiene un baño privado con cabina de ducha, inodoro y lavabo. La propiedad tiene una escalera de caracol desde el balcón del primer piso, hasta un "Sunset Bar" en la azotea con una "mesa de jardín de pub" de madera para tomar una copa y disfrutar de las magníficas vistas de las colinas de la península de Akamas, la bahía de Chrysochou en el Mediterráneo. Mar, el puerto de Latsi (Latchi), Polis Chrysochou y la costa alrededor de Pomos con las dramáticas colinas del bosque de Pafos al fondo. El pueblo de Neo Chorio tiene algunas tabernas (la más cercana está a cinco minutos a pie de la villa) y un pequeño supermercado. Está a 3 minutos en coche de las playas, las tiendas y el puerto de Latsi y a 10 minutos en coche de la pintoresca ciudad de Polis. La villa se encuentra a aproximadamente 1 hora en coche del aeropuerto internacional de Pafos / Paphos y a 2 horas del aeropuerto internacional de Larnaca. La villa se encuentra en el extremo este de la península de Akamas con acceso inmediato a una gran cantidad de pistas y senderos para caminar para disfrutar de la naturaleza salvaje del área protegida y su magnífico paisaje interior y costero. Villa Zefyros se encuentra a 122 metros / 400 pies sobre el nivel del mar, por lo que tiene vistas panorámicas de la costa y la bahía de Chrysochou. Zefyros es el dios griego del viento del oeste que hizo volar a Afrodita, la diosa del amor (también la diosa romana Venus), a Chipre, donde emergió del mar espumoso en la roca de Afrodita en el distrito de Pafos (Pafos), como se muestra en la famosa pintura por Sandro Botticelli (circa 1486). Villa Zefyros

Over the years I have stayed in many villas in various countries, but Villa Zefyros rates as one of the best. Exceptionally well equipped, very clean and tidy and the welcome food/drinks (milk, wine, tea, coffee, butter, bread, jams, fruit, etc, etc) was amazing. No hesitation in recommending Villa Zefyros.

Wonderful family holiday

Lovely family Easter stay

Beautiful location with incredible views. We really enjoyed our time in the comfortable villa which was in a peaceful area. Great walks and hill top villages and even had a dip in the April sea - refreshing! Thank you Keith and Wendy! Hope we can visit again soon!

Outstanding

The friendly hosts greeted us an arrival. We had a late flight and the welcome pack was amazing. The villa was absolutely spotless and is a credit to the owners. Infinity pool, garden and views were spectacular. Well equipped kitchen. We have already booked to return next year. Best villa we have ever stayed in. Would definitely recommend.

Holidays can‘t be more relaxing

Well maintained villa with great views, quiet at the end of a dead end street, beautiful garden that gets a lot of sun, and so does the pool. But you still find enough shady spots outside. Very clean kitchen, well equipped. One of the best Villas we‘ve been to in the Neo Chorio region. Helpful, generous and discrete hosts, who live just around the corner.

Fantastic property with amazing sea views, our fantastic hosts Wendy and Keith have really thought of everything you could possibly want or need for our holiday. the Welcome pack on arrival is amazing . The Villa sits in a Lovely location in the hills of Neo Chiro overlooking the coast line of Latsi. We have already inquired regarding securing dates for 2025.

Fabulous relaxing vacation!

Arrived late thanks to BA (as always): Keith met us and gave us a thorough run down of the property. Everything was as expected and more, as the welcome pack is the best we’ve had!👏 The property / location / quality and cleanliness all exceptional. Five mins drive to Latsi harbour. Already a provisional booking in place for 2024 - just need a decent airline!

Lovely week in a fabulous villa

We had a very relaxing week at Villa Zefyros. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and contained everything needed for our holiday. All appliances are good quality with a good TV and entertainment centre with access to many tv channels and movies. The location was easy to find following the provided instructions with a local taverna a few minutes walk and local shop 15 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the harbour and beach by car with its restaurants and shops. A lovely view for the impressive pool but being October it was a little cool for lazing in (18deg).' Keith and Wendy are consummate host for whom nothing is too much trouble and live close by to give that personal touch when checking in. Highly recommended for an enjoyable holiday in a lovely part of Cyprus

As good as it gets.

Thank you Keith & Wendy for your warm welcome to Villa Zefyros. We can not add to all your 5 star reviews as they say it all, but for the interested readers we can say that we stayed at the Villa late February and although the weather was very kind to us the evenings were cool so a light jacket is advised. So on that note we once again thank Keith & Wendy for the pre-set central heating this was a god send as most Villas just have the blown hot air A/C for the winter months. See you again soon. Outstanding villa.

My family and I had two fantastic weeks staying at Villa Zefyros. Immaculately presented throughout with great views of the sea and hills the villa was comfortable, cool and the welcome pack was very kind and generous. The pool was great and the pool area was private as it wasn't overlooked and it did have a lovely breeze blowing across it sometimes, too. Keith and Wendy were such friendly and gracious hosts and couldn't have been more helpful; immediately on hand with any query that we had. Neo Chorio was quiet and traditional and only a short walk up the hill. It had a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket and most was used by the residents the village. Latchi was a 5 minute taxi ride (10 Euros each way with Nissos Taxis; brilliant) and had plenty of restaurants, shops and Latchi Watersports were excellent as was STS Moto for off road buggies. All in all a great stay and I couldn't recommend Villa Zeyros highly enough!

We have returned to the UK but are booking again for next year.This place is wonderfulKeith and Wendy are amazing hosts and we are so lucky to have met them and consider them friends whom we will keep in touch with. The villa has everything you need and the welcome pack is very generous especially after a day of travelling. There is no need to go to the supermarket until the next day or so which you don’t get in most villas. Keith and Wendy are on hand if you need them but other than that leave you too it. We absolutely enjoyed our two weeks here and we have found our place. What’s stunning about this villa is the view, my goodness it’s beautiful and the breeze we welcomed that to cool us down. Great location too to some gorgeous restaurants. We settled very quickly and that’s mostly down to a very warm welcome from Keith and Wendy which we so appreciated. Oh before I forget the beds are really comfortable too, and the villa is really clean. I’d say I’ve a keen eye as I like a clean home myself and this villa was lovely and clean to walk into. We’ve made some lovely memories in that villa and had plenty of laughs with many more to come see you in 2026.

Vacances de rêve dans un écrin de nature

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances « nature et culture » appréciant le charme de la presqu’île d’Akamas : trails Aphrodite et Smigies environ 9km et des paysages fabuleux ! Environ 2h30 ou 3h pique-nique inclus. Nous avons bénéficié d’un grand soleil en ce mois de février et d’une affluence de touristes très faible. Mieux vaut appeler les restaurants avant d’y aller car tous ne sont pas ouverts pendant la période hivernale. Mais ce qui a enchanté notre séjour, outre les paysages spectaculaires et le soleil c’est la chaleur de l’accueil reçu et en particulier celui de nos hôtes Wendy et Keith. La qualité de leur accueil est à l’image de la villa Zeyfiros : d’une propreté impeccable, décorée avec goût entre charme anglais et meubles ramenés de leur expatriation hong-kongaise. Son jardin et sa vue sur la baie sont à couper le souffle ! Et pour notre arrivée, Wendy a même prévu qq courses pour apéro, dîner et petit déjeuner : une attention que je n’avais encore vu chez aucun hôte auparavant. Une adresse que nous recommandons définitivement !

This is a beautifully situated Villa with superb views over the Bay Area. We enjoyed staying at the property which is maintained to the highest standards with everything you could ever need. It was a pleasure to meet Keith and Wendy who showed us around and provided the most generous welcome pack that we have seen. Fabulous Villa!

It was so nice to be greeted on our arrival by our wonderful hosts Keith and Wendy. They took time out to show us where everything was and how it worked. It was a Sunday and we arrived very late, all the supermarkets were closed and we were tired and hungry. Keith and Wendy had made sure we had everything we needed from essentials including dishwasher tabs, washing powder .. and not forgetting the wine which we enjoyed drinking on “the roof bar” as the sun went down. It was a great comfort to know that they were only a phone call away if anything was to go wrong, but we never had to worry, as everything was perfect, the villa, the location, the view... was all and more than we had ever expected. Keith and Wendys restaurant recommendations were spot on. We could not recommend this villa enough, you just need to read all the fabulous reviews to know that you will not be disappointed. We don’t usually return to past villas, but Villa Zefyros is defiantly one we hope to return to soon.

Probably the best villa we have stayed in with up market furniture/furnishings. Views to die for and a generous welcome pack providing more than the basics. Swimming pool was kept immaculately clean and although rather cold in Nov was beautiful to look at. Limited sunny areas at this time of year. Hosts who lived near by were most attentive

Stay at Neo Chorio Villa

After a lot of searching we chose this villa and we weren't disappointed. A lot of useful information from the owners prior to our visit and a personal friendly welcome on our arrival. We had a great week here, plenty of space in and outside of the villa with great views. We enjoyed it so much we are going to go back next year!

Fabulous Villa

Due to covid we ended up going a year later than originally planned. We kept in regular contact with Keith & Wendy who were so so helpful. The villa has everything you could ever need & more , with extras like shampoo, dishwasher tablets & a welcome pack which pretty much filled the fridge. The villa is in a beautiful spot overlooking Latchi so the views are fantastic. We had a wonderful holiday in this wonderful villa I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Wirklich klasse !

Die schöne Villa liegt innerhalb eines Villengebiets oberhalb von Latchi, was man in 5 Minuten erreicht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da verschiedenste Ausflugsziele, sehr gut und schnell erreichbar sind. Sehr schön waren eine Buggy Tour und sich ein Boot zu leihen. Die Villa selber hat eine klasse Aussicht, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut und ein Massagesessel hat zusätzlich zum Wohlbefinden beigetragen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig genau wie die Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über eine sensationelle Aussicht. Der Wohnbereich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet mehr als genug Platz. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe, ist sauber und hat im Sommer um die 30 Grad. Vorhandenes Wasserspielzeug hat den Kindern und uns Freude bereitet. Sehr toll für Kinder ab 5 Jahre ist, dass der Pool zu Anfang etwas flacher ist. Eine große Film-, Mediasammlung und Spiele, als auch Bücher, helfen bei der Abendunterhaltung. Sehr hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft von Keith und Wendy. Wir haben klasse Tipps von ihnen erhalten und und ein schönes Willkommenspaket. Diese Villa können wir wirklich empfehlen und definitiv erneut buchen, wenn wir Zypern bereisen.

Un séjour pafait. C'est quand les prochaines vacances ?

Située sur les contreforts du massif de l’Akamas à proximité du village de Neo Chorio, la villa Zephyros domine la magnifique baie de Polis, offrant des vues panoramiques sur la méditerranée, les collines verdoyantes et le massif du Troodos. La villa est particulièrement confortable, bénéficiant de tous les équipements modernes, aux meilleurs standards des locations que nous avons expérimenté en Europe. Un point important à signaler, la propreté de la villa et le soin apporté par les propriétaires à la décoration. En guise d'accueil, un magnifique sapin de noël nous attendait. Un excellent rapport qualité/ prix en regard des prestations offertes, dont le chauffage qui est inclus. La villa Zephyros constitue un « camp de base » idéal pour les randonneurs, les amoureux de nature, de calme et de mountain-bike. En effet, le massif de l’Akamas, préservé de l’urbanisation est accessible depuis la villa sans avoir recours à un véhicule. Vous y découvrirez une formidable mosaïque de milieux méditerranéens naturels et agro-forestiers, une flore et une faune diversifiées, un paradis pour les passionnés de géologie. Si vous souhaitez découvrir d’autres trésors naturels de l’île de Chypre, la secrète vallée des Cèdres dans le massif du Troodos et les colonies de Flamants rose au lac salé de Limassol valent le déplacement.
