An excellent place to be!

We had a very nice time, the service was excellent, the amenities very good, the view splendid. We recommend this house, it is ideal for family vacations, with quiet environment, very good equipped, a nice pool. The Cypriot owner is very kind and carries the local hospitality with joy.

So hard to leave....

Love this villa! Location is quiet and rural with wonderful views and the villa is spacious with a real 'home' feel. Not the most modern perhaps but it has everything you could need for a perfect holiday as well as a friendly and caring owner.

Peace and open space

We had a very nice stay at Villa Vines. Located amongst vines and fruit trees we had a totally peaceful holiday here. Just 3-4mins by car to Latsi centre and beach. Good price for quality of accomodation in May.

A great place to stay, a short distance from the seafront

The villa was excellent. It was a great size for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), had a big kitchen and a great pool. We were very happy being a short distance (approx. 1km) from the seafront and supermarket, and it was really good to have space around the villa.

I recommend!!!

A wonderful house located in beautiful surroundings. The house has everything you need, it is very comfortable! There is also a lot of space to spend time outside (by the pool). The location of the house gives 100% privacy, peace and quiet. Brilliant for both families with children and a group of friends. I recommend!!!

Everything about this place is perfect

Christos the owner of the villa was brilliant. Everything about this place is perfect and we had the best holiday with our 3 little ones. Couldn’t fault anything. The only constructive feedback I could think of would be to have a gate between the driveway and the pool, but that’s because we have a toddler! We will most certainly be returning to this amazing.

An excellent holiday villa

The Vines is a spacious 3 bedroom house a short hop from the beaches of Polis. The owner, Christos, is a courteous msn and is very attentive of his guests should any need arise. The view of the sea is nice and the house has great openings to enjoy the evening cool breeze.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen erholsamen zwei wöchigen Urlaub mit wunderbaren Meerblick in der Villa Vines. Ich kann sie nur weiter empfehlen. Christos ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Wenn was gebraucht wurde war er sofort zur Stelle.

Our stay in Latchi

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa, have stayed in the area many times but our first in the vines. Very peaceful, lovely views and extremely well equipped. The pool area was fantastic with comfortable sun beds, which is always a big plus. Christos the owner visited and was a pleasure to meet and was quick to deal with any issues we had.I feel you certainly need a hire car for this villa as restaurants, shops would be a fair walk away, not ideal in the heat or at night. Overall a fantastic 2 weeks and looking forward to returning next year.

Very pleased!

Good villa in a great location. Completely secluded and surrounded by vines, trees and wildlife - especially very vocal cicadas and birds. :-) We had a lovely time and the problem we had at the villa on our arrival was sorted immediately by a very efficient EOS person along with the friendly and helpful owner.Spent 17 lovely days there but it still wasn't enough.

Good villa with light and spacious rooms and a lovely owner. Set in a wonderful location - very secluded, surrounded by vines, cicadas and birds so endless sounds of nature! :-) Will definitely return - ASAP!

Good value for money in a lovely location. Friendly local host who was very helpful with everything.

Property is as described in a nice spot about 15 mins walk from Latchi, a harbour village with nice restaurants.
