“I reserved a King Size room and it had not been cleaned! So, I was placed with 2 FULL size beds. The room smelled musty and dirty. There was a dirty washcloth on the shower railing. When I informed the manager of the smell, he proceeded to spray room freshener everywhere. It was so thick. I could taste it! It was gross.
