Le gite de la colline at the entrance of Nérac, perfect for discovering Gascony

Designed for families and groups of friends, Le Gite de la colline is the perfect base to explore Gascony from Nérac. Discover castles, bastides, charming villages, and traditional festivals of southwest France.



Set on a fenced property, the house features a children’s play area, ping-pong table, pétanque court, infinity pool, and a spacious terrace—ideal for relaxing and enjoying time together. The terrace has a retractable awning (3.5 x 3 m) for ample shade, and the garden lounge area benefits from natural shade under the trees.



The gite offers 3 well-equipped bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), with a single WC. The large open-plan living area with kitchen, lounge, and dining space opens directly onto the terrace and pool. A children’s room can also serve as an extra bedroom, and a baby cot is available.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. An outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha, located right next to the terrace, completes the setup.



During hot weather, we recommend closing shutters and windows during the day and opening them at night to keep the house cool.
