- This 3 bedroom villa in the Capistrano area of Nerja has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one bathroom and capacity for 6 guests.
The fully air-conditioned villa has a private pool and is set in an elevated, quiet, semi-rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. The Capistrano development has its own restaurant, mini supermarket and bar within a few minutes' walk of the villa. There are wonderful, panoramic views from the villa of both the sea and the mountains.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Private swimming pool, patio furniture, fenced patio, barbecue, private parking area for 2 cars.
Inside: Air conditioning throughout (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, English, French), stereo, DVD player, cot and high chair.
The pool at this villa is a generous size and measures 8 meters x 5 meters.
In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.
Every bedroom has its own air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.
Villa Rosario is located 73 km from Malaga airport, 105 km from Granada airport, 250 meters from the local bus stop, 2 km from Nerja bus station, 550 meters from Capistrano mini supermarket, 900 meters from Mercadona supermarket, 2 km from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 2.5 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 8.5 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 3.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 1 km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 27 km from Aquavelis water park, 30 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.
The villa is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is a very popular choice for families with young children.
A car is recommended for visitors to the villa for getting around but is not essential.

Outside Space is Outstanding
Loved the outdoor space, gardens were well maintained and view from terrace was stunning. Service provided by agent was excellent. would happily stay again.

Warmer climes
Superb place to stay. The owner and Maribel were very attentive. The 40 minute walk uphill from The Balcon certainly keeps you fit. The garden gives a wonderful place to relax.

Perfect villa
Had a lovely stay at this villa. Air conditioning in every room. Comfortable beds. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well equipped. A short but very steep walk to the supermarket and walkable to the beach. Amazing views from the patio. Fabulous pool and lots of sun beds and sitting areas in the garden.

Had a lovely stay at this villa.
Air conditioning in every room. Comfortable beds. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well equipped. A short but very steep walk to the supermarket and walkable to the beach. Amazing views from the patio. Fabulous pool and lots of sun beds and sitting areas in the garden.

The villa
The villa was very nice superb views and the garden and pool area had plenty of space. Our favourite spot was to sit out on the veranda enjoying our surroundings. Maribel was very friendly and informative during our stay
The only thing we didn’t like was the ants in the kitchen, even though we kept the bins outside

It's all about the outside
The patio, pool and garden are great, as is the view - splendid. The villa agent was also very helpful and always at hand. The villa itself is very compact and a bit cramped even with just 4 of us. Some simple improvements could be made, such as shelves by the sink for toiletries, same in the shower. The shower itself was also an experience - a frustrating one - you'll find out what I mean when you're there! Overall, we had a good stay and it was great to come back to the pool and some late afternoon sun after a day out exploring. (As an aside, the pool is 1.2m deep at its shallowest and isn't fenced, so if you travel with children who aren't good swimmers then this property isn't for you.)

Villa Rosario is a bit of a gem.
Villa Rosario is a bit of a gem. With excellent space and a great garden featuring a nice pool, seating areas and wonderful views, it is very much recommended. Ideal for four but accommodating up to six, Rosario has off street parking if required, air conditioning in the three bedrooms and the living room, and a large fireplace for winter bookings if required. We were invited to take avocados and lemons from the garden trees, which was a wonderful treat. It was very well presented, with clean, comfortable beds, fast internet wifi and smart TV. The kitchen was well equipped and appeared to have been recently refitted as was the bathroom A small detail, but when we arrived, we found the stove top coffee pot seal was damaged, so we contacted SpainSunRentals and within an hour, Jose had turned up with a brand new pot, in its box! On another occasion some severe wind blew over and damaged a couple of pot plants and these were replaced the very next day. If you have ever had problems contacting your rental agent in the past, don't worry here. SpainSunRentals made a Whatsapp group for us and they were always on the ball. We were at Rosario for two and a half months and did not even hire a car. It's a decent walk into town (and back up the hill) but the town bus stops almost outside! We hope to book again.

Fantastic house with wonderful views
The location just outside center of town in a nice and quiet area but still
easy to reach both center and beach.
Recommendable if you want privacy , nice garden, your own pool and views over the see .

Lovely Villa with great views
Lovely villa. Great views and pool. We hired a car which was very handy for the supermarket and beach. Both of which under 10 mins by car (but a steep 30 walk). Would definitely recommend this villa

2 couples from Finland and vacation in Villa Rosario
So beautiful Villa and very nice view. Very clean and air condition in every room was good. Own pool is very nice and big garden too. Everything goes very good and easily. Service was friendly and quick answer, if you ask something.

Villa Rosario is a bit of a gem.

Fabulous holiday
We were there in early September. We had our two babies with us. The owner and managers were so helpful Getting us high chairs and cots and everything we needed. They were always on standby if we needed anythingadvise on where to goWhat to do. I recommend this villa to everyone. We loved every second of our stay.

Very attentive hosts who greet you on arrival and keep you updated via What's App about when gardener arriving etc. Never too much trouble. House we stayed in was fabulous and they organised transport for us also. Very professional and friendly.
