  • Este luminoso y moderno apartamento se encuentra en primera línea y ofrece vistas inigualables al mar. Ideal para unas vacaciones familiares en la playa de Nerja, cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada, salón-comedor, 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Disfrutad de WiFi, aire acondicionado (en el salón y en cada dormitorio), Smart TV LED y proyector. El amplio balcón privado da al Mediterráneo: despertad con la brisa marina y contemplad el atardecer desde aquí.



    Podéis relajaros en la piscina comunitaria con ducha exterior y en los jardines del recinto. La playa más cercana es Playa La Torrecilla, a solo 1 minuto. Bares, cafeterías y restaurantes están a 2 minutos andando, y el supermercado más próximo a 4 minutos a pie. El aeropuerto de Málaga-Costa del Sol está a 50 minutos en coche.



    El WiFi es apto para videollamadas. Las fiestas están estrictamente prohibidas. Cuna y trona disponibles bajo petición por un suplemento. No se admiten mascotas. Ropa de cama y toallas incluidas. La piscina está abierta del 15 de abril al 15 de octubre. El edificio dispone de ascensor e interior sin escalones. Tened en cuenta que pueden aplicarse normativas gubernamentales sobre el uso del agua durante vuestra estancia, lo que podría afectar al uso de la piscina, riego de jardines o limitar el uso de agua del grifo.

Lovely apartment

Beautiful modern apartment in a perfect location. Lovely pool area. Great communication with Fernando. We will definitely stay again.

Fabulous apartment/location

Pros: Apartment is in a fabulous location with great beach views. Short walk to restaurants, supermarkets and all that Nerja has to offer. Fernando was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was the best ever. Would definitely recommend and hope to return

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean in a lovely location.

Pros: The proximity to the beach, we swam multiple times a day, it is near the town but in a quiet location. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Lovely pool too with areas of shade and not at all crowded. Amazingly easy check in and communication with the host Fernando. Cons: N/a

Fantastic!

Highly recommend! Great host, fabulous location. Beautiful view, easy access to the beach. Very clean & spacious. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants & activities. Only challenge if you have a car is parking. You have great access to load & unload, but then need to find on street or parking lots. Was not too difficult for us in shoulder season, but may be tricky in high season.

Having breakfast on the balcony watching the sea was beautiful. Restaurants, Bars and Shops just a walk away. When we come back to Nerja we will be booking this apartment again. Thanks again Fernando

Everything about the apartment met our expectations. The location overlooking the beach was perfect.

Fernando is a fantastic host who cares about giving his guests a personal experience. We have rented many apartments in Nerja and this is by far one of our favourites. We are already looking forward to a return stay next year. Thank you Fernando.

Pros: Dit modern volledig gerenoveerd appartement vlak aan het strand voldeed meer dan aan onze verwachtingen. Alles kraaknet, volledig uitgerust met alles wat je kan nodig hebben voor een aangenaam verblijf. Schitterend uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer/keuken en vanop het balkon. Hele goede bedden! Wij hebben alleen maar lovende woorden voor dit verblijf, dus zeker niet twijfelen. Er is ook een gemeenschappelijk zwembad, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt wegens de weersomstandigheden. Ik wil Fernando bedanken voor de hele vlotte communicatie en heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij komen zeker terug!

Pros: This apartment was quite honestly the best I have stayed in, we spent 7 nights there and are always a little apprehensive when visiting a new apartment as to whether it lives up to the photographs, and I have to say that its much better. It was spotless through out, the furnishings were of a very high quality, it has recently been modified and every detail has been thought of, the windows open up the living space with the balcony, the beach and sea views are amazing, the kitchen has everything you need and all very clean and modern. The owner Fernando was just brilliant, we flew into Malaga the evening before and stayed in a hotel near the airport, Fernando then offered to pick us up from there to take us to the apartment as he was passing, such a nice guy, he shown us around the apartment explaining how everything works then left us to enjoy our holiday, he even telephoned us to ask if everything was ok half way though our stay. We've now booked the same apartment for next year, book early as this apartment will soon be fully booked.

Pros: I have just returned from my holiday in Nerja, I stayed at the same apartment as last year and was then very impressed by the quality, spec and finish to the apartment and on my return home last May I immediately book again for this year. This year we decided to combine a few days in Malaga before traveling up to Nerja, as we had already stayed at the apartment and didn't require a tour it meant that the apartment owner Fernando would be able to meet us in Malaga and give us the keys, the owner is a very nice man and I can not say enough about him, he met us in Malaga gave us the keys and even paid for our bar drinks. Having stayed in the apartment last May we were a bit apprehensive as to whether the standards would still be the same after a years lettings, we needn't of been the apartment was just as good as last year, very clean, and very well equipped, the views from the balcony are superb one morning whilst having our coffee we even spotted Dolphins, the pool area is clean and not over-crowded the pool itself is little cold, during our stay we never seen more than seven or eight people down there, the location o the apartment is also good right on the beach with a supermarket many bars and restaurants all close by and only a short walk to the centre of Nerja. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends as I already have done, and I will be returning probably next year. Once again thank you Fernando.
