The apartment has 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space, bathroom, sitting room with TV and Satellite channels. It has a separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. Residencial Aljamar is close to the supermarkets (less than 5 min by car) and some local shops. It is approx 400 meters up from Nerja's best beach (Burriana) and is a 15 min walk into the lovely old Andalusian town with its cosmopolitan blend of restaurants, shops and bars. The patio doors lead to a sunny terrace with large awnings to provide shade when eating alfresco. Linen and towels are provided. All rooms have air con/heating and powerful ceiling fans for your comfort. Guests also have access to a good sized swimming pool (open all year round) with sun beds and sunshades. The vacation rental also has secure garaged parking and free parking is available on the street.



An elevator is available from the underground parking to the apartment.



Pets, indoor smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
