This lovely, three-storey holiday home finds itself in the quiet urbanisation of Punta Lara in Nerja, less than a 10-minute walk from the beach. The awe-inspiring views you’ll enjoy once here leave you overwhelmed and, at the same time, completely relaxed, as they let you unwind and just enjoy the fresh sea breeze that reaches the villa from the nearby seashore.

The master bedroom of the villa, which is located on the third floor, features one double bed and a huge walk-in wardrobe, as well as a wide window overlooking the countryside of Nerja. The same floor also welcomes a fantastic bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a shower, for you to decide which one appeals you most, and a hall where a day bed for two people is located. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor and are provided with two single beds each. Therefore, up to 8 people can spend some relaxing holidays here. The second floor also welcomes two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a shower.

The light-filled ground floor is distributed in an elegant dining-living room with a 10-place dining table, and a kitchen. A smaller table is located in the fully-equipped independent kitchen, next to an independent toilet. The whole villa is provided with warm/cool air-con.

However, the cherry on the pie of the villa consists of the welcoming outdoor area. In fact, you will have the chance to enjoy a comfortable chill-out area, eat outside in the covered porch, cook your meals on the brick BBQ and take a dip in the fenced private pool. All of this while spectacular sea views surround you. The swimming pool also features a whirlpool area that will make you relax fully. Besides, the sun loungers provided are perfect for sunbathing and taking some regenerating naps.

You can leave your car parked in the street in front of the villa.
