1. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
2. Smoking/Vaping: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited. If smoking occurs outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly—do not leave them on the floor or furniture. Any cigarette burns or marks on outdoor furniture will result in the cost of replacement being charged to the guest.
3. No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. The fine for violating this rule is €500. Please be respectful of the neighbors and adhere to the legal quiet hours for the area.
4. Extra Guests: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed. No extra guests are permitted without prior approval. Any unauthorized guest will incur a €500 charge, and they will be required to leave immediately.
5. Rubbish: Please ensure no rubbish is left behind upon departure. A fee of €50 will be charged for any rubbish left in the property.
6. Damages: Any damage or defects caused by guests must be reported and will need to be paid for by the responsible party.
7. Late Check-Out: If you leave later than the agreed check-out time without prior authorization, a fee equivalent to the full price of one night’s stay will be charged.
8. Keys & Remotes: Lost or non-returned keys, remote controls, or pool passes will need to be replaced at the guest’s expense.
9. Provided Items:
As this is a self-catering accommodation, you are responsible for supplying most of your own needs.
A cleaning fee for arrival has been paid, which includes bathroom towels (2 per guest—one large, one small), a welcome kit with sanitised items for the kitchen and bathroom, and 2 toilet rolls per bathroom.
Any additional items required during your stay are your responsibility to supply.
Please feel free to use any items left in the property, but any items removed or damaged will incur a charge.
10. Cleaning: Although a cleaning fee for arrival has been paid, we ask that you leave the house tidy upon departure. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the property is not left in a clean and acceptable condition.
11. Pool and Garden Maintenance: If applicable, maintenance of the pool and garden will take place once or twice a week. The maintenance staff will allow themselves access, and entry must be permitted to keep the home in good condition.
12. House Manual: A welcome book/house manual is provided, outlining important information about the property. The booker is responsible for ensuring all guests read and follow the guidelines.
13. Stains on Furniture: Guests are responsible for any stains, particularly those caused by wine or sunscreen. Replacement costs will be charged if necessary.
14. Furniture: The accommodation comes with a fixed amount of furniture. No extra furniture can be provided. While you may move furniture for your comfort, please ensure that all furniture is returned to its original position before departure.
