Frente a la playa, frente al mar. 7 camas, 5 1/2 baños. Maravilloso.

The Neskowin House es su alquiler de playa perfecto en Oregon que combina la paz y la tranquilidad de Neskowin Village con los servicios y comodidades cercanos de Lincoln City.

Nuestra casa tiene 7 habitaciones completas. 5 1/2 baños. Con 3 dormitorios principales independientes y otros 4 dormitorios con baños estilo Jack y Jill.

Una hermosa cocina gourmet completamente equipada con estufa comercial, nevera grande y hermosas vistas directas a la playa.

Las vistas desde esta casa son increíbles y nos referimos a las vistas que se sientan en su cama, el sofá o la mesa del comedor y disfrutan (no ponerse de puntillas y asomarse por una ventana). Tenemos acceso directo a la playa justo en frente de la casa.

Al norte no hay nada más que espacio abierto y playa, al sur la gran comunidad de Neskowin, la famosa Propuesta Rock y la Reserva Natural Cascade Head.

Estamos a 10 millas de todos los servicios y atracciones de Lincoln City, sin embargo, se siente un mundo aparte. Las calles de Neskowin son tranquilas, tranquilas, estamos al lado de golf, senderismo y un gran restaurante local y tienda general.

12 millas al norte está Pacific City y en el medio está la Bahía Nestucca y el río Nestucca, esperando que lo explores en kayak, hagas cangrejos o almejas, o salmones y pesca de acero. O, mejor aún, tal vez, solo lea un libro en una de nuestras muchas sillas y sofás que miran hacia el océano. ¿Quizás explorar las rutas de senderismo de Cascade Head? We have rented this home several times in the past and always enjoyed our stay. This year.... the weather was the best ever! We like that the home has plenty of space to spread out and such an amazing view!!We did have a problem with the ovens working properly, but were able to use a counter top oven to accommodate our baking needs.

This was a beautiful home in the perfect location! We had a great time and actually got a couple of very nice beach walks with no wind or rain and actually found a whole perfect sand dollar on one of the walks. I would love to rent this house again in the summer as we were here in January. Only complaint is the BBQ has seen its better days and really should be replaced and the oven takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r to heat up, so plan accordingly. Everything else was quite lovely!

This was one of the best beach vacations we’ve had with our family. The house was perfect. The beach access was great, plenty of games and toys for the little ones & big ones alike, super quiet rooms, beds were comfy and pillows were just right. We slept in the room next to our grand daughter and never heard her crying in the night-super quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve for our family of 12. There’s plenty blankets and pillows. There’s a high chair, playpen, baby gate for the stairs, & a baby gate for the bed. Cleanliness was good but it’s a family house. The BBQ has been well “loved” by the ocean air and needed attention. Outside of that it was great!
Sunsets were fabulous!
Sunsets really don’t get much better than this. ❤️
It was just a short walk out to the beach & was perfect. We had the best weather for December!

We had a very nice weekend with our family. There was plenty of room for all the families to have their own space, cousin to play games, puzzles, movies, and play. Stormy weather kept us inside with a great view. The adults had space to visit, play games, and watch football.

We recently spent 5 lovely days at this amazing property. The house is clean, well appointed, bedrooms are roomy and bathrooms are situated just right for comfort and convenience. The house is beautiful. The views were stunning and the access to the beach so easy. The area it is located in is so inviting with gorgeous walks on the beach or bike rides to the cute local store with all the things you need for a fun stay. I wouldn’t change a thing. Making memories

We enjoyed our second stay at Neskowin House even more than the first. A family reunion of 14 filled the house with room to spare. Bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty and the dining table had seating for all of us. We made good use of the bikes, kites and beach toys. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with every possible utensil, bakeware, dishes, glasses and other accessories. The convenient laundry room was kept busy with 6 grandchildren’s wet beachwear. We will be back!

Great vacation house

One of the best vacation houses we've stayed at. Our group had plenty of room. Minor wear and tear issues to be expected with rentals, (loose doorknobs, bathroom locks, window closures, etc.). Location and size of house exceeded our expectations. House is very well stocked with amenities, towels, and lots of beach accessories. Driveway can comfortably fit 6 SUVs, more with smaller vehicles. Has an extra fridge in the garage, which was great as kitchen fridge was having issues, but nothing that we couldn't deal with. Bedrooms with twin bunkbeds are on the smaller side. Remaining bedrooms are all a good size. Plenty of seating area for dining and hanging out. We will definitely be coming back to this house, it was our favorite from all the houses we've done in the past.
