    The Space:

    One-bedroom condo in Neskowin is the perfect place for your next vacation!



    Sitting just one block from the beach, you'll appreciate easy access to the sand, as well as the nine-hole Neskowin Golf Course close by!



    This condo has a bright, modern feel, with polished wood floors and ocean-blue walls. The open main room features a living area, kitchen, and dining area, plus a set of bunk beds for little ones. There's a comfy couch, great for reading, browsing on WiFi, or watching the flatscreen cable TV.



    The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals, and the three-quarter-size amenities take up little space. There's even a dishwasher to make clean-up easy! A wide counter has stool seats, doubling as a table so you can enjoy family dinners all together.



    The set of twin bunk beds will sleep two children or one adult, and a third twin-size trundle pulls out to sleep one more. The single bedroom features a king-size bed, and the full bathroom has a large stand-up shower. In total, there is room for three adults and two children, or a maximum of five.



    This house is perfect for a family looking for a relaxing beach getaway - Neskowin is one of the quieter beaches on the Oregon Coast, so you'll likely have the pristine beauty all to yourself! There are a number of cafes and restaurants to try, and just south of town is some awesome hiking at the Cascade Head Scenic Area.

This condo was great, had everything we needed. The only thing was I was expecting a view of the ocean which it didn’t have, but still overall a great stay.

No direct beach view. Had to wait 45 min and multiple calls to VRBO/VACASA/LOCAL MANAGEMENT to get code for lockbox. O i structions for anything, like TV/Dish network, Heaters, or local attractions. Sink facet leaky and spraying water.

Cute and quiet

We loved our stay quiet and the dog area was clean and provided bags for pickup the walk was easy and beach access was simple for all ages. Only thing that would of been nice was more seating in the living room and that we couldn’t access streaming to watch Netflix or other services but overall great place to stay will definitely be going back ASAP

Nice cottage feel

Need grab bars in the shower and a dust mop and mop to deal with dirty floors. Other than that no complaints Nice place to stay

Very Nice

We had a really nice time. We brought our two pups and it went really well. There is a lot of area for them to do their business. The condo was nice and clean. I would suggest some hooks in the bathroom and there was only the one loveseat to sit on, but we did fine. I'd return with our pups again.

Fun little getaway

Very clean, nice location and newly remodeled. Thought it was going to have an ocean view, but least it was a short climb down to the beach. Would’ve been nice to have fans, as it got a little hot. Thanks.

Very clean home!

Nice and clean. Bring an extra blanket if you stay in January as we did. Had heats but we don't use them at night. Close to the beach. No view but you can hear the ocean.

Cute little condo!

Condo was cute and the price was right. Wish we’d have picked one of the places with a view though. Maybe enough coffee for the first morning pot and a box of Kleenexes would be a nice touch. End tables in the living area were a bit wobbly… maybe just a matter of tightening screws? Other than that it was quite comfortable for the two of us.

Very pleasant visit

Overall, the property was very nice. It could use some additional seating in the main room. There was only a loveseat that was positioned at a 90-degree angle to the TV which made watching TV in the evening somewhat uncomfortable. Fo us, as an older couple, the bunkbeds were not useful, and occupied too much space.

Very pleasant experience

Great accommodations. Clean, comfortable. Kitchen utilities were very adequate. Only down side was the key locks were a challenge and they sealed the parking lot requiring us to park on the street. These are just part of life. Neskowin itself was lacking in options for food/shopping. A bit more progressive for our lifestyle. My husband enjoyed Neskowin as a boy, mentioned it’s changed from his memories. We spent most of our time on the Bay further north. Overall a wonderful experience.

Sufficient, but dirty

The location was pretty good, since it is so close to the beach. We were hoping for cleanliness, but the floors did not seem to have been cleaned at all. There was a lot of sand, dog hair and other droppings from previous guests. The bathroom also had some surfaces that had been overlooked. We did not use the stove to cook because the range-hood didn't vent anywhere other than the cabinet overhead.

Nice condo, not much more

This unit is, as advertised, about a block from the ocean. It’s an easy 5-minute walk to beach access. The unit is clean and well cared for, though small. We were, however, surprised by the lack of expected staple items, particularly in the kitchen. There is an oven and a small Pyrex pan, but no baking tray. There are a few scratched up skillets and some spoons/spatulas, but not many, and are very few silverware to use, so plan to wash and reuse constantly. If you plan to cook I would recommend bringing everything you need. There was salt but no pepper, and no other spices, cooking oils, etc. The bathroom is very nice and clean, but the towels feel like they belong in a cheap hotel—even one step up would make a huge difference. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would likely stay elsewhere next time.

Loved location

If you want a quiet, sleepy beach town on the beautiful Oregon coast Neskowin is it. Located so close to Lincoln City (not quiet, not sleepy) and not far from Newport it was perfect. That’s location - Neskowin. This unit has no beach view. Located at bottom end of back building on the property, it was ideal for pottying our dog - areas right outside doors (2). Easy quick walk to huge rocked embankment where you can sit on top rocks and watch sunsets over ocean. In putting in bunk beds (assume to up the sleeping capacity, they have dramatically reduced the comfort in the living/great room area. One small couch is seating. For a couple wanting to relax to watch tv it wasn’t comfortable. Fortunately we spent little daytime/eves in unit. There have been problems with cleanliness in this unit. Property managers are concerned as they inquired mid-stay about it. Generally very clean but the drip pans under burners were solid burn. Communicated that to them - easy fix, just replace them. Bet they are now shiny metal!

Overall a good choice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the walk to get down to the beach. It’s probably not bad but I had a little one who I had to walk down. Oh and bring your own food because doordash doesn’t deliver and there is one store which sold me sour chocolate milk… I think the closest fast food is like 7 miles away. The roads to get to the property are very very narrow, luckily it’s a short distance. Besides that, everything else was nice, the property is clean and the neighbors are really friendly.

Very clean and comfortable

The unit was compact but efficient! It could sleep 5 with the bunk bed and trundle, even though it was just my husband and me. It was a short walk past 1 other building to the ocean. Beaches in the area are very open and fun to walk. Very much enjoyed our stay!
