worst hotel and bad management ever in Sunny beach

been there with my family and friends, all very sad after: pool bar not existent, no water for guest at night time in the rooms, hotel with 3 floor and only have stairs, NO elevator, NO ice at beach bar and few poor drinks, Managers and staff very unprofessional and bad attitude, angry rules all over, communist hotel and rules from that time, bad poor food and same every day, kids under 1.30 meter high not aloud on slides. Rooms with old furniture, dirty. You check in at 2PM but must check out at 11AM= loose 3 hours and one lunch. Worst experience in my last 8 years in Sunny beach. Dont go there
This is the pool view room they have made reservation for me. at high prices they never deserve.

Worst hotel in Sunny beach, don't travel there

Hotel deserve under 3 stars, 3 floor hotel without elevator, no water for guest at night at all inclusive, water slides only 2 hours in morning and 2 hours at noon open and aloud only children over 1.30m. height, pool bar not existent just fake advertising, food is same every day and poor low quality. staff lie to you and unprofessional all the way to manager, no ice and very few drinks at beach bar......dont go here is bad compare to other hotels in Sunny beach, you are throne out of the hotel at 11:00 morning at check out unless you pay them 20 BGN / hour and they check you in at 2:00 noon,where are 3 hours and one lunch?. Worst experience in sunny beach in last 8 years i have been there.

Summer on sunny beach.

Good hotel beside the beach with its own private section,several swimming pools and it’s own water park. Food and drink was top quality with good variety to suit adults and children. Reception staff were very helpful,all staff were friendly. Hotel and grounds constantly being cleaned. Good location in walking distance of all sunny Beach and bus stop.

DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER

On the outside and with certain amenities, like the beach front, location and front facade, it is worthy of 4-star but many areas fall very short. Room was 3 star budget standard at best with dirty, cigarette burned carpet, dirty walls and balcony door. Food was poor and no better than 3 star standard - got food poisoning 4 days in and it was 50/50 that it came from here. Certain rules are a little bewildering eg towel exchange, booking dinner and being told I was booked in for a day they didn't take bookings! The idea of a premium pool at the front is ridiculous to be paid for. As far as I am aware if its a facility the hotel offers all guests should be able to use it, it was not even adult only. Beer was terribly watered down. Word of caution - don't leave ANY loose cash around in rooms as the cleaners just lift if, no matter the amount. If DIT say this is 4-star it is very poor. Wi-fi was pathetic. As a well travelled person who expected 4-star, this fell very short of standard.

Poor hotel avoid

The biggest failure here are the attitude of the front of house staff male only have a major attitude and not professional. The security staff are poor also little or no communication just grunts. The food is basic and the same all the time.This is at most a 3 star.

the different pool areas was a big plus as you could relax at the front of the Hotel or be involved in all activities in the rear of the Hotel

Room overlooking the beach and very clean. Some of the bar staff were very rude. Animation staff were fantastic and food was very nice

Meget bra hotell for barnefamilier

Vi er to voksne og tre barn som akkurat har kommet hjem fra Bulgaria, vi bodde en uke på dette hotellet. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Bra anlegg, god mat og veldig sentralt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Vi var nok de eneste norske på hotellet akkurat denne uka. Det var mest folk fra England, Tyskland, Bulgaria, Belgia, Sverige og Finland.

lovely hotel, nice food and lovely beach

When we arrive at hotel they were not sure who Expedia was it took them 15 minutes to check us in. I was very worried thinking I hope our rooms are booked for this hotel, but staff are very helpful and friendly. Had a fantastic time. staff very friendly/helpful and good security. my parents, uncle and aunt are vegetarian they don't eat fish or egg but on our request the chef was so good that he made Indian curry for them every night. my parents were given room in block A on third floor and that block had no lifts. my mum has arthritis and so she couldn't climb up the stairs, we requested reception to change the rooms and if possible to have it on ground floor. reception staff was very helpful and change the rooms for us. we had lots of fun going on slides, lazy river and animation team was good too. There was not much choice for drinks. beer was not very good. hotel need to have bit more choice of beers and cocktails. food and drink is very cheap so go self catering and enjoy the variety of food and drinks. In short if you going to sunny beach and staying in this hotel you will have a fab time.
