Very convenient to grocery stores and Marigot and Phillipsburg. Appreciated the host's greeting us and great information. Would recommend to all.”

“We enjoyed the beach and mountain views from the huge rooftop terrace. The side by side apartments worked out perfectly for our family since our children are older. The girls had one side and we took the other with our son. It was fantastic to have 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens! Romario was so helpful and the Dawn Beach Club staff is amazing. The beach was beautiful and easy to get to but you definitely want to have a car. We would definitely stay again.”

“This was an excellent place to bring our family to ! The beautiful house was spacious with multiple bedrooms and a large living area. The outside space was also great with a really nice pool for adults and kids and lots of outdoor seating . There is also access to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay and the view was spectacular !! Eli was always available to answer questions and help to make our stay memorable !”

“We thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Nada (the host) was spectacular. She made sure we had all we needed and that all our asks were handled within a day. The location was perfect. Away from the crowded city and traffic, very quite residential neighborhood, and the view of the ocean was what was needed by all of us. We did not see much of Nada, but she was available to attend to tend to all our needs. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. The home was large and...

“The pictures are accurate and house was very nice and spotless. House cleaners came every 2 days which was a pleasant surprise. Disappointed that there was no washer/dryer. I understood from the listing that it was available….I just would’ve packed differently. Kids enjoyed the pool and the sunsets are amazing. Stacey the house manager was the best! She stayed late to let us in as our flight was late. We forgot something when we checked out and she helped us get it back! I can’t say enough good...
