Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. “no signs for reception, doors were locked and there was no number or bell to ring, no wifi, no rubbish bin in room, curtains too small for the window, no toiletries, car park poorly lit, it looks like the hotel is under some sort of renovation, raining last night and the gutter was leaking”

“Breakfast excellent. Lovely property and surroundings..Peaceful location with good parking including electric chargers. Friendly staff. We had an executive room in the old stable block. Very comfortable. Strong shower and water very hot. A couple of minor points that would be easy to remedy: a shelf or basket to put shampoo in rather than on the edge or the bath and a towel hook within easy reach of the shower. ”

“Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property.”

Was seen soon as I walked in and being a pub the lovely lady told me straight away there was live music and it might be a bit noisy. Which I didn’t mind as I was going to work. The room I was in I didn’t hear much of the noise from downstairs at all lovely room food shower clean tidy if I had to grumble about anything it was the fact I had to go to work as the people in the pub downstairs all looked to be having an...
