Apartment "Rose" with Private Garden, Kitchen & Wi-Fi

The "Rose" apartment in Neustadt an der Orla is centrally located, just a short walk from the city center, shops, and restaurants. With 70 m², it accommodates up to 5 guests in two double rooms and one single room, sharing a bathroom. You book the entire apartment—no other guests will be present. Towels and bed linen are provided. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls. TV, barbecue, and a covered terrace are exclusively for your use. Relax in the private garden. Public parking is 20 meters away. Each guest is personally welcomed. No pets allowed. Upon request, we are happy to offer a typical German breakfast, which is available for an extra fee.

Room 1 has two single beds, Room 3 has one. The rooms include a private bathroom with shower, bathtub, urinal, and toilet. Upon exit, you reach the separate living area via the outdoor area. This space offers an additional toilet and an adjoining room (Room 2) with a single bed. A fifth bed can be provided on request.



You may park on the street; a large free parking lot is 20 m away. There is secure bicycle storage. High-speed internet is included at no extra charge. The accommodation is for adults only.
