“My room was on second floor and iron grid stairs were outside in the rain. Outside my windows was a very trashy scene. Door lock was "iffy". Toilet seat slid around on the toilet. Bed was comfortable enough and I suppose I got what I paid for I lived in Ely during the 60s and remember this area of town being the red light/brothel district. Don't think it is anymore, though.”

“I forgot to contact owner to make check in arrangements, as specified in the booking notes. However, when we arrived an hour early and asked for a recommendation of where to eat while we wait to check in, he gave me the key then and there. Easiest check in I've ever experienced! Room was clean and well maintained. Perfect for an overnight stay.”
