The upper floor comprises 2 bedrooms, both characterized by sloping ceilings. The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The property has 1 bathroom in total, located on the ground floor. Large windows and the south-facing orientation of the terrace, which extends over 20 m2, allow natural light to fill the interior, while the surrounding garden spans an impressive 800 m2.
