The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. “Immediately upon entering found a cockroach in the house. Reached out to host and she could careless. Told me i needed to sweep it up and dispose of it. Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work...

“House is absolutely adorable and has everything you need. It’s perfect for an adult getaway. We went with our adult children to explore the area. We enjoyed the pool, the beach is less than a five minute walk and it’s a super quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable all week and loved watching fish jump in the water behind us and hearing all the birds above. A peaceful and perfect week for this family in a great little house ”

“Exactly as listed, major perk for me was the dehumidifier that runs constantly (must be emptied) which helps with the air quality along with minimum mold/mildew smell especially being a beach front condo. We would definitely stay there again! ”
