Staff was RUDE, no coffee pots in the room and coffee was made in the office on occasion but not daily. I was in a non-smoking room and the bedding had cigarette burns all over it. I needed extra towels and was charged an additional fee. Stay away from this location if you can.

Parking was easy not secure. Property aas NASTY. Room had roaches and was nasty. Tub was HORRIBLE. Sink doesnt work properly.

Office staff was not very friendly and willing to work with helping to resolve booking issue with Expedia. The rooms only offered a small bar of soap - no lotion, shampoo or conditioner for hair. The bathtub has been painted at one point and is peeling and gross looking. Old and run down place for the price.

The room was clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the parking was super convenient. You can really tell it’s under great new management. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Seguin

I spent the weekend at Motel 6 Seguin, TX, and honestly, it was just what I needed in my budget. The room was clean, surprisingly comfy bed, and quiet environment - even with the weekend traffic. It was close to everything I wanted to do, and coming back to a comfortable bed after a long day of exploring was a relief. Great value for a weekend getaway - simple, stress-free, and no hidden hassles.

Even though I stayed at this property 2 wks. ago, and gave it a bad review (primarily for cleanliness), it's proximity to my reason for being in Seguin, and cost, prompted me to see if changes had been made. I am happy to say my room (exactly the same as my previous one) was spic and span, the same comfortable bed, easy and close parking. A great value for the cost. I will stay at his motel the next time I'm in Seguin.

I had such a lovely stay at this Motel 6! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and at home. The room was clean, cozy, and just what I needed after a long day of travel. I appreciated the little touches—everything was simple but thoughtfully done. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the highway, but still quiet at night. I also noticed how pet-friendly they were, which is a big plus for animal lovers like me. Thank you, Motel 6, for a comfortable and affordable stay—I’ll definitely be back!

Bathroom door didn’t close the ac barely worked, also we got locked out one night and the owner wanted to give us attitude and tell us that we can leave that night because I told him to come open our door since it’s his job

I asked for a clean non smoking room, my asthma was going crazy soon as I walked in; the room was ghetto in the far back, haven’t stayed here in a while decided to try it out see if anything changed they still have the same ghetto room designated to a specific race of people. Being Ex Military this room was absolutely UnSat! Unit 223

The entire room was dirty! The bathtub literally had visible dirt and stains in it, and the floors obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. The floor was dark colored so the dirt wasn't visible, but when I removed my shoes it was obvious to the bottom of my feet. If it hadn't been so late (and my fatigue), I would have gone elsewhere. Thank God the bed was comfortable and clean.

Check in went fine though basics like WiFi info were not provided. The room itself, however, was very disappointing. I cannot accurately describe the horrible smell in the room - it smelled like filthy, old mop water and mildew mixed with some chemicals. The door was covered in black grime on the backside. There were visible drink rings on both bedside tables. The fridge sort of worked but needed to be defrosted so badly that it froze half our food. Ice maker wasn’t working either. Just in general one of the worst Motel 6 locations I’ve ever visited. We brought our own bedding and had to both clean and deodorize the room.

Do not stay here. Another hotel run by middle eastern indians that do not give a F. Dirtiest hotel ive been in and im 54 yrs old. Never saw a bathroom so filthy. Someone elses hairs on bath towels. Mold on shower curtain. Mold on ceiling. Dirty countertops. Graffiti on the bathroom door! Cigarette burn marks on toilet seat. Rust marks inside fridge. Went and complained and they gave me key to another room. He said it was his best room. He promised. It was worse than the other one. We walked through 4 more rooms and each one worse than the last one. Unbelievable. I went back to original room. I travel across the country from coast to coast frequently and it seems every city has the same issues. Ive paid between $60 and $190 for hotel rooms and have encountered the same issues because of who owns them. Disgusting.

I had a really great experience staying here. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the AC works perfectly, which made a big difference after long days out. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely accommodating. Any issues I had were handled quickly and with care, and they made sure I felt taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it.
