    La casa fue el hogar de mi infancia y ha estado en mi familia durante varias generaciones. Mi esposo y yo no pudimos venderlo cuando mi padre falleció, así que decidimos restaurarlo por completo. La casa está como nueva con todo actualizado. Con amor rehacemos o restauramos todo lo mejor que podría ser la casa.

    Creo que te sorprenderá el ambiente tranquilo del campo del vecindario. La ubicación es perfecta para casi todo..
    - New Braunfels está a varios minutos con dos ríos y el mejor parque acuático del país.
    - Algunas de las mejores tiendas del estado están a menos de 30 minutos.
    - San Antonio y el paseo del río están a 45 minutos hacia el sur y Austin está a solo 1 hora hacia el norte.

    - Y la región montañosa de Texas está en la puerta de atrás.

Great little cottage for our extended weekend! Tube/ kayak and downtown Gruene put in was less than 5 min away. Great location, very clean property, and the owners were very friendly!

Cute and adorable. Everything we needed for a quiet, peaceful stay. We really enjoyed all the deer and the close location to Gruene. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Excellent house with easy access to Gruene, New Braunfels and San Marcos. House was exactly as expected from the pictures but the property was even better, pictures couldn’t do it justice. Tons of deer and wildlife wandering around. Great house, that we’d book again!

The home and property and owners were beyond amazing. We are definitely wanting to come back during cooler months to spend the most time outside. Everything is exactly as described. The owner is super helpful and quick to respond to any need. The house is the cutest thing ever. The deer are so fun to watch. We would highly recommend this house to anyone. It is perfect!

Clean, cute, and cozy. The perfect space for a girls weekend. Marjorie had the place decorated for Christmas which was the cherry on top!

A beautiful home just a stone's throw from Gruene Hall and a short drive from the water recreation areas on New Braufels. The owner was a prompt communicator throughout the rental process and our stay there. We had an issue with a coffee maker after a few days. I texted Marjorie and almost before I set my phone down her husband was coming throught the gate (they live next door) with a replacement!

Perfect house for a getaway! You feel like you are out in the country, but so close to everything. We spent a day at Guadalupe River State Park and another exploring Gruene that’s only a 5min drive away. The house is very well stocked with amenities and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching deer walk by and listening to the peace and quiet. The owners are next door if you need anything(doubt you will) but were very respectful of our space and privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, very clean, and easy check-in. Attentive and caring owner. Loved the quiet neighborhood and deer watching during morning coffee.

We very much enjoyed staying here for our weekend trip. The hosts were excellent. The house was clean. It was close to everything. We loved seeing the deer and the animals out back.

Relaxing Gruene Getaway

I enjoyed staying here. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, well-outfitted, and well-maintained. Whether relaxing inside or outside with the deer, the house had everything we needed.
