The Space:

You will receive a 4-digit garage entry code, as well as a 6-digit PIN code for the interior door inside garage.



Guest Access:

You may enter home through the garage on the west side of house.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with direct Guadalupe river access and a private neighborhood pool. There is a park with fire pit and original 150 year old cabins that were used by the original settlers.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is within walking distance to rivers, parks, restaurants, live music venues, camp Fimfo and taverns. However, ride shares are available if you’d like to go to Gruene or downtown New Braunfels for shopping, restaurants and activities.



Other Things to Note:

No pets are to remain unattended at the property inside or outside. They may be left in a kennel indoors only on tile floors please.
