Starting with morning with some trout fishing. Returned and hit the porch, seen several birds, one osprey's, soaringIn the wind. Then the sun came over leaving us a shady a place to relax until we got ready for a river road drive to Gruene for Some mini golf! Thx ya’ll

Amazing Quiet Family Getaway

The property is exactly as listed. The water is less than a football field from the condos. The view is amazing. The place was clean and well furnished. It was a great spring break getaway for our family.

Great Location

Really enjoyed our stay at this location. Perfect spot on the river. Have everything you need to cook and clean. Only recommendation would be to ask the cleaning service to mop the floors better. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot on the river.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Has absolutely everything you need to kick back and relax. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Great patio to watch the wildlife.

Great Stay

Everything was perfect

Everything was easy, quick, self explanatory. I haven’t seen my son in a year and a half because of his work, this trip was perfect. I got to see him in a golf tournament, we got to visit in the beautiful home we were in, my son taught me to fish for the first time. (I caught three fish) We went to a concert and ate at wonderful places. All was close to where we were staying! We will be back!

Great for Getting Away

This is an attractive, modern, well decorated property. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and while we were there, the property was very quiet. That may vary with season. The covered deck is a great place to have a glass of wine and watch the river. Unlike Gruene or New Braunfels, there isn’t much of commercial interest i.e. gift shops, restaurants, boutiques , at least that we found. There is a good little restaurant,Wildflour, about a mile away. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay.

Perfect view and great location

The view from the balcony is so peaceful. Location is easy access to a lot of great activities. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to do all the cooking we wanted.

Beautiful setting!

2 Couples enjoyed vacation for a week in this lovely condo. Very clean and the patio was cool most of the day to enjoy. The only drawback was the internet...very unreliable, which was a problem when teaching an online university course. And watching TV was difficult. Other than that, it was very good with plenty of activities to keep us busy.

Great spot on the river

Location on the river was great and condo was nicely furnished! Only issue is there is no blinds (only a thin curtain) in the master suite so the light at night and sun in the AM makes it hard to sleep in.

Perfect Location to the Guadalupe River

Apartment was very well equipped, very clean, enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking at all the activity on the river. Perfect spot for helping my son and family relax before moving to Germany. We were all very comfortable and would recommend to others.
