“The bedding needs an upgrade. The sheets were very thin, rough and uncomfortable. The window coverings were too thin, the street lights shined through the windows at night and the sun went straight in the windows in the morning so we could never get the rooms dark”

“The Villa was very comfortable and well-equiped. The bed and sheets were very nice and soft. The property was very peaceful and quiet. We were able to have management heat the pool and jacuzzi for us during our stay. Anyone looking for a quiet retreat that is only 5 miles from the restaurants and shops at Bee Cave. ”

“Very nice home-warm and hospitable. Very kid friendly, Great basketball set-up in the garage. The house is very spacious and extremely clean. The host even had snacks and water for us upon arrival. The host is a very good communicator as well. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I’d give a 10 out of 10.”

“The property was not at all what the pictures on the site showed. The pool was gross. Old dirty couches with large spots on them, cheap plastic serving bowls. Torn shades in bathroom. Kitchen table was not the same as pictures and it was old and not kept up to date. I emailed the owners the swimming pool. They told me it was cleaned. It had gross stuff growing on the sides.”
