  • Get ready to enjoy spectacular sunsets and peaceful nights at this warm and inviting beach house in the sought after Seawood Park Community in Bristol. Spread out over two well-appointed stories, this wonderful home features a well-equipped, full kitchen, two dining tables for meals, rainy day games, or laptops, and two distinct living areas. Step outside onto the first-floor deck and take in west-facing glimpses of Johns Bay and Rutherford Island. When you want to get out and explore, make your way to the nearby walking path that runs along the shoreline and leads to a private sand beach.

Wonderful in Bristol

Home was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Our shy golden retreiver liked it too. The neighborhood is lovely with ocean views from several rooms. Ocean breezes kept the house very comfortable -- in early June we did not need to use the airconditioning. Once the the very best home rentals we have been fortunate to enjoy.

We loved this house in Bristol... ocean view. The home was very clean, nicely organized and comfortable. Our golden retriever was very happy too. The neighborhood is somewhat rural, private-- we saw a large deer twice on the edge of the property. In early June we rarely needed the AC as the ocean breeze was so refreshing. This is a property we would be happy to rent again in the future.

Peaceful and Private

It was a comfortable, quiet, nicely furnished home that met all our needs! Enjoyed the beautiful beach walk at the end of the street. Perfect for our family vacation!

Great, fun, place!

We loved the 3 full bathrooms, gathering spaces and location! The spaces were all lovely and comfortable and it was beautifully peaceful. We enjoyed our time so much we would love to return!

This was our 4th stay and we'd do it again. Wonderful house and it seems to have somehow gotten even better this year. Really comfortable beds and common room, tons of natural light and the surrounding area is beautiful -- stay on the main deck at night and looking at the water and stars is a daily highlight. Wifi is solid, nearby ocean walk is a can't miss and great lobster is close by.

Beautiful Home in Bristol, ME

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, everything we needed for a fun stay! We loved exploring Bristol and Pemaquid Light House but the whole area is wonderful! Eat breakfast at Deb’s!!

Nice house, great location, best we've stayed at

We've stayed at various rentals in this area, and this was the best one we've stayed at. Private but still a good location. Very clean, spacious, with good AC/heating options in every room. The porch is a nice place to sit in the morning, and the main living room is a good hang out spot on rainy days. The beach down the road is small, natural and not really for sunbathing, but great for tidepooling and sea glass hunting.

Wonderful Weekend Away.

It was a beautiful setting and a well stocked kitchen. We spent most of the weekend there visiting with family. We were able to close off the ‘family’ room when our older parents went to sleep in the downstairs bedroom earlier than the rest of us. We would stay there again.

Great location in Bristol!

This property is great. The location is perfect, everything was clean, and everything was functioning appropriately. The backyard is beautiful. If you’re staying for several days I would recommend bringing some extra towels and face clothes as there was only one for each guest. Overall we had a great time and can’t wait to stay again!

Awesome place!

Clean, comfortable and spacious place. Huge backyard for our dog. Beautiful view of water from dining room. Huge tv in huge family room with very comfortable couch. Well stocked kitchen. Shirt stroll to beautiful beach on Maine coast.
