“So, here's the deal, this was supposed to be my first short term rental. It will most likely be my last. About an hour before our arrival, I got a text from the host letting us know she left the door unlocked for us. That's because there was no power so we wouldn't have been able to see to unlock the door. However, she didn't mention the no power part. She asked when we would be arriving. I mention I was going to get groceries before we checked in. Again, no mention of the power situation. No...

“Ruff start..but overall good stay for what we where there for! Door lock batteries were dead and we couldnt get a hold of any one for about an hour... not one number left to contact was answered not even 24 emergency number had to contact vrbo to get inside...no extra sheets or blankets but 2 sofa beds? Towels were well used and washed but next time Ill bring my own... cute old history, very loud since so close to busy road”

“Be prepared to be blown away! First of all, choosing to stay in Springdale is definitely the right decision. The town is a beautiful, quaint mountain town reminiscent of Breckenridge CO. The Cottages sit behind a wonderful art gallery located in an endearing renovated home, with the lawn full of huge trees and 6’+ yard spinners created by a local artisan (you can even purchase them). “LaFave was one of the best rentals we have ever had. They literally thought of everything. We loved being able to soak in the hot tub each day after hiking. We also loved being able to play games they provided in the evenings. We would definately stay at this property again. The location provided breathtaking views of Zion as well. ”

“Angelea was a great host and so welcoming!! The place is a convenient 20min from Zion and 10min from the town of hurricane where you can grab gas, groceries, etc. The host provides free parking in Springdale so you can shuttle into Zion. Overall, the place was cute, simple and an efficient location for a weekend stay. The hot tub and views from it is a plus!!!”

“Outstanding place to stay. It's relatively new and they are still working out some kinks.... e.g. the letter which informed us of the entry code was not clear on the sequence of steps needed to enter the residence. So we were locked out. Fortunately help was nearby and came quickly. But if we would have arrived in the late night it might have been bad. I think they are correcting their communications.”
