We take great pride in keeping our property and furniture in excellent condition. Our outdoor furniture is cleaned thoroughly and regularly, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience for our guests. However, due to normal wear and exposure to the elements, some minor stains and marks may be present on the outdoor furniture. Please understand that these are natural and unavoidable signs of use, but rest assured, we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care throughout the entire property.

Wind & Dust Notice
Please note that some of our homes are located in windy areas. Because of this, dust may occasionally enter outdoor areas, patios, windows, door tracks, and sometimes interior spaces shortly after cleaning. We do our best to prepare the home before every arrival, but wind and dust are natural conditions outside of our control. For this reason, refunds will not be provided for dust caused by weather, wind, or the property’s natural surroundings.

Jacuzzi / Hot Tub Notice
The jacuzzi/hot tub receives regular weekly maintenance and is checked as part of our property care routine. However, because it is used by guests, there may be rare situations where previous guests leave it in a condition that requires additional treatment, cleaning, or chemical balancing before it can be safely used. In these cases, the jacuzzi may be temporarily unavailable during part or all of the stay. While we will always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, refunds will not be provided for temporary jacuzzi/hot tub unavailability due to maintenance, safety, water quality, or prior guest use.
