Inside, enjoy historic character blended with modern comfort including exposed brick and stone details, wood floors, wood burning stove, cozy gathering spaces, Smart TVs throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The space stays pleasant year-round with mini split heating and air conditioning, and thoughtful touches like clothes irons and hair dryers add convenience.

• No pets permitted due to severe family allergies
• Parking: 1 private parking spot directly across the street. Additional overnight parking available in New Street lot for $25 per day.

Please note: Due to the historic nature of the home, multiple staircases, uneven floors, deck, and creek access, the property is not childproofed and may not be suitable for toddlers or young children. Parents who choose to book are responsible for providing constant supervision.
