“I fell in love with this beautiful farm, its miniature horses, sheep, Poe the goat, the beautiful landscape, the privacy from the road, & the location to Peddler's Village, New Hope, and Doylestown. Sitting on the porch rockers in the evening was so relaxing despite the cold temps outside.
Jeff, the owner was a superb host, and his breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day as well as to meet the other guests for some wonderful conversations.
Honestly, it felt like a home away from home...

“Great place to stay. Away from it all but close enough to New hope, Lumberton, Lambertville and frenchtown.
Peddlers village is just 10min away. Rooms are exceptionally clean as is the property. It's right on the Delaware River. Great views.
Nice bar in on site. Nice little breakfast in the morning is included”

“A cool, unique place in the heart of Lambertville. Everything was as described. The beds were very comfy and there were so many special touches in the house. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Lambertville and New Hope. Great bike riding trail. Tom was an excellent host. We were there during record breaking heat and the air conditioner died. Tom had several new window units installed within hours and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend! ”
