SUITES LU-ZAN, SUITE B

Lu-Zan Suites - Suite B es una suite de un dormitorio ubicada en el histórico distrito comercial de New Iberia en la única calle de ladrillos de la ciudad. A poca distancia del centro y de Bouligny Plaza, sede del Campeonato Mundial Anual Gumbo Cook-off y el Festival de la Caña de Azúcar.

También está a poca distancia del mercado de agricultores, el festival de camiones de comida, restaurantes cercanos, tiendas y clubes nocturnos. Las sombras en el Teche también están a poca distancia (seis cuadras del centro histórico). La suite cuenta con cocina completa, cama queen size, sofá cama, televisión por cable, WIFI gratuito, plancha, secador de pelo, cafetera y mucho más. Los perros pequeños siempre son bienvenidos.

Great location

Great location to everything. Beautiful rental had all of the comforts of home. Quiet and safe as a solo traveler. Communication with Mrs Linda the host was excellent. Check in instructions were provided in a timely manner and were easy. I will be staying here again soon. Highly recommend this rental.

Weekend in New Iberia

This place is in a great location for exploring downtown New Iberia. It looks just like the pictures; the king bed is comfortable, and it has all the bathroom toiletries. There are snacks to munch on and plenty of coffee. The area was quiet, and it was perfect for my husband and me. We would definitely recommend staying at Lu-zan suites.

Christmas holiday

The property was very inviting. The suites were clean, well organized and pleasant for all our needs. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking items. Bedroom and bathroom well stocked. The suites are within walking distance of downtown. The backyard was was wonderful for our dogs. We had both suites which allowed our adult girls and us to have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Definitely looking forward to repeating our stay here in the future. We would highly recommend these suites to fellow travelers.

Nice place in New Iberia

One block off of the main drag in New Iberia in a business commercial area. 1.5 blocks to Cane River coffee shop and just over 3 blocks to Victor's for breakfast. Bed was comfortable, AC worked fine and place was quiet with the exception of one train passing around 3am one night. Wish I had time to enjoy the back yard and grill something but 4 days and 3 nights kept me busy with things in town. I did miss not having a TV in bedroom. I'm one of those who falls asleep quicker with a TV. Would stay again.

Great place!

This property was perfect for us! Linda was the best host. This place was so clean and such a cute decor. Even though we didn’t need the full kitchen, it was nice to have it. We enjoyed our stay so much! We will definitely return!

Great Thanksgiving stay

Great Stay! We rented both suites for a Thanksgiving visit with our family in New Iberia. The suites were just perfect for my parents in Suite B and then our family of four in Suite A. Linda was an amazing host and was more than accommodating when our flight schedule changed. The suites had everything we needed including coffee and breakfast goodies. I loved the big closet and having the laundry room was so nice to be able to bring all our clothes home clean. The properties are a short walk into town and we enjoyed several trips to Victor’s for breakfast. There’s a beautiful back yard oasis that the boys enjoyed tossing the football around and my father enjoyed reading time in the mornings. I will most definitely stay again at the Lu-Zan Suites. Thank you Linda!

Peaceful, clean, just what we needed!

Linda was a wonderful host and the property was just as listed! It was on a quiet brick street that was walking distance to downtown. The dogs & I loved either walking around the backyard or walking downtown. The train was loud and frequent but it was nice to have some noise since it was such a quiet area! Would definitely stay here again. I felt safe and the place was clean! 2 most important things. And Linda was also very accommodating to add an extra day and late checkout to our stay!
