Wake up to serene lake views, fishing on the docks, beautiful sunrise and sunsets, and inflatable fun for your kids!. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or cruising on the included pontoon boat. (PONTOON GONE FOR THE SEASON)



Inside, two full kitchens make meal preparation a breeze, while spacious living areas provide the perfect setting for relaxation and connection. Unwind in the hot tub with stunning lake views or cozy up indoors.



This home is designed to balance comfort and functionality, making it ideal for multi-family getaways, reunions, or group retreats. Please note: Pontoon Boats are available for 3+ night stays

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to everything on the premise during their stay. There will be a door code access for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled on the shores of Castle Rock Lake, this stunning property offers a tranquil escape in a serene bay area. You're just a short 10-minute drive from the charming town of New Lisbon. For a unique experience, enjoy a scenic 10-minute boat ride up the lake to discover a variety of restaurants. This location is perfect for family gatherings and creating unforgettable memories, with endless opportunities for fun throughout the year.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! This stunning lake house offers free parking on the premises. For those arriving by air, the property is conveniently located. Major transit hubs and airports are within driving distance, allowing for easy access to and from the property. Explore the surrounding areas with ease, knowing you have a comfortable base to return to.



Other Things to Note:

Waivers will be sent out and needed for access to the Pontoon Boats. There will be special instructions for kayaks and inflatables. Life jackets are recommended for adults, but are mandatory for all children under the age of 12 and for anyone using the inflatables. Children are to be supervised when in the lake. There is no life guard on duty and it swim at your own risk. (PONTOON & INFLATABLES GONE FOR THE SEASON)



Guest are required to fill Pontoon boats to full before leaving or you will be charged price of fuel plus $50 service fee. (PONTOON GONE FOR THE SEASON)



(INFLATABLES GONE FOR THE SEASON.) The inflatable water park is located between Dock #3 & Dock #4. It is available only for guests staying at Island Bay #3 & Island Bay #4.



Dock #1 has an inflatable slide & water trampoline that is only available for guest staying at Island Bay #1.



Dock #2 has an inflatable slide & water trampoline that is only available for guest staying at Island Bay #2.

Please shower before entering the hot tub.



Please strip the linens, comforters and throw blankets off of the beds on each floor that were used. Please place the bedding and any used towels in front of the laundry area before leaving.
