“The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but overall this hotel is 10-15 years overdue for a renovation. The hotel smells bad, and though the room was fairly clean the rest of the hotel was not. The shower ran either cold or extremely hot and was difficult to adjust anywhere in between. “Room was excellent, comfortable, and clean. The property manager William was the kindest host you could ask for - personally gave us a rundown of the unit and provided us with everything we needed for a cozy hassle-free stay.
Just a stone's throw and walk away from all the shops on bank-street, I highly recommend this stay if you're ever in the New London area! ”

The lights would go on and off on their own even if you didn't pass them this unit was pieced meal together. It was done quickly to rent, but didn't take in consideration for the guests.
