    This modern 2-story condo features a spacious living and dining room area with comfortable furniture and a wood-burning fireplace and everything else you need to make your stay enjoyable and fun.

    The gourmet kitchens come with espresso cabinets, sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with tile backsplash, and make your dinner prep for the nights that you just don’t feel like going out easy and hassle-free.

    The bathrooms come with a garden tub. As you head upstairs to the second level, all three bedrooms have comfortable beds with gorgeous leather frames and high headboards so you can sleep tight and wake up rested ready for another day of NOLA adventures.

    • We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
    • A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
    • Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
    Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent
    The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
    House rules
    • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
    • Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
    • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
    • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
    • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
    • Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
    • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
    • Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
    • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

    The building itself is only half a block from the famous St. Charles St, one of the safest streets and neighborhoods in the city. With public transportation, including St. Charles Streetcar literally at your doorsteps, this condo puts you within a short ride to French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. The famous Magazine St, boasting some of the country's best dining options, music venues, and vibrant nightlife is only 2 miles away from the condo.
    As you step out from your condo, there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Anything from high-end dining options to coffee shops to “holes-in-wall” gems known only to locals is at your disposal. Among the crowd, favorites are Houston's, Mais Arepas, Jack Rose, Balise Tavern, and more.
    If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located 1.6 miles from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games, and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet-style to fine dining.
    The nearest airport, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 24 miles from the house. The nearest neighborhood Walgreens is only 1-minute walking distance from the condo.

Not as clean as we would have liked. General location is great with easy access to Canal and French quarter but street and neighborhood are a bit rough. Upstairs unit was loud the entire night. Good launching off point to explore the city but was not a nice as we expected

Miserable experience.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. First of all there is a “penthouse” party house on the third floor that apparently is a chronic problem if you read the reviews. The description claims it’s a luxury condo. It’s not! I liken it to Motel 6. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was convenient. but it was not a luxury stay as it was described. The building is sketchy- but inside is quite big. Again- if you want to throw a house party- I guess this is the place. There were none of the niceties you would expect. Hell a couple of bottles of water in the fridge and a map would have been nice. This place is a Motel 6. And there was a raging house party in the unit above us until 3 am. Shots fired, cops show up, the whole works. I called the management 3xs before they finally shut them down. They say quiet time after 11 and no parties in their description. There were well over 100 people at this party- how was I the only one to complain? Then after the party ended- they rearranged furniture until 4am! If this is your idea of a great weeekend getaway- worth $300+ a night, you’ll love it. But not mine. When I complained and asked for a refund, they offered me a $50 voucher for my next visit. Really? And they have not returned my call since.

Good apartment

Great apartment. Location good. Communication with Ana from hoosteva very poor she answered hrs or a day late or never answer to our questions. The building has a party place on the roof, so you can not sleep until party is over, they should tell you that. The noise, music, dancing, screaming is like inside the apartment.

Spacious clean condo

Was pleasantly surprised with the size, newness and cleanliness of the condo. St Charles Avenue just a short 1 block walk. Only downside was noise from apartment above late at night.

Great location, spacious and updated interior

The location of this property is great. It is one block off of St. Charles Avenue where are you can catch the streetcar. Also within walking distance to a pharmacy and a very nice restaurant. I would characterize the immediate area around the property as up-and-coming. Would be careful walking there late at night. We encountered absolutely no problem and will stay there again.

Our overall impression was good.

Our overall impression was good. The outside of the building was a little sketchy, but once we got inside it was really nice. Unfortunately, the 3rd floor tenants were extremely loud until late in the night, ALL THREE nights we were there, and...it was strange that there were several burnt out light bulbs. Like, the middle bedroom only had 1 out of the 4 working, and the master bathroom only had 2 out of the 4 working. But, that would be a very easy fix.

Very nice new condo centrally located with close streetcar access.

Condo was wonderful - did have over 12 lights out though. It seemed to be a newer condo and very nicely furnished. We will stay there again on our next trip.

Street Luxury Suite was very nice. Location was perfect close to the street car we didn't need to use our car at all and we parked on the street for free. The suite was clean and the six of us had plenty of room. I would recommend it.

Beautiful property!! Absolutely LOVED IT. The neighborhood felt somewhat sketchy (I think NOLA in general gives off that vibe) but in all honesty I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Our WiFi wasn’t working and as soon as I contacted the manager, he provided an alternative. I will most definitely be back!

Spacious, clean & conveniently located

Great location, near the St. Charles Streetcar, restaurants, Walgreens, and walkable to many New Orleans attractions. The condo itself was spacious for my family group of six, but be aware that there is no view. The owner responded quickly when we reported that the heat didn't work and that the toaster was broken. The downside to this condo is the noise coming from the other units. There is NO soundproofing. When they walk up & down their stairs it sounds like a herd of buffalo, and their late-night parties sounded like they were happening in our condo.

The property was large for the four of us that were staying there and moderately priced.

The noise level was incredibly loud it sounded like we have basically had no walls and that all of our neighbors were in the room with us. Everything was relatively clean except for the carpet was extremely dirty and the downstairs toilet wasn't clean

The house was nice and gorgeous.

The stay was very nice and neat. The manager of the property was very helpful in everything from the time of check in to the time of check out. Great area and quiet. The walgreen was a plus also. The trolley picked up not to far from were we was staying. I definitely will book again.
