Stayed here with 15 buddies, and it was super spacious and a great layout for everyone to be together and hang out in an open space.

Incredible property for 8 of us. 15-20 minute walks to Frenchman and FQ. A wonderful oasis for my friends and I.

Great location close to everything

Overall it was a great stay. Close to everything area outside was a little sketchy but not bad. The unit was beautiful comfy and private and we loved the private pool. We will definitely stay there again.

Local Vacay

We live here in NOLA. The space was an escape from the typical city life. Very clean. Looks like pictures. The hosts were great and accommodating. We had a great time in the pool.

Lovely spot!

We absolutely loved the space! The open floor plan and ease of access was amazing. We had a big group coming in for my birthday and we loved how we were all able to have our own space but also convene in the spacious common areas if we wanted to. Amenities were superb and we loved the area. Excellent stay, thank you!

Perfect spot

We stayed during Jazzfest and it was perfect. Only a few blocks from Frenchmen. House was solid with plenty of room for everyone. Communication with manager/owner was quick and on point. Thank you!

Wonderful stay for Large Group

It was absolutely amazing! the property was clean and a hidden oasis. The pool was perfectly heated to be refreshing. The only that would have made it a smidge better was if there was a grill in the backyard

Extended weekend.

Had a great stay at this property. Lots of room for everyone. Pool / patio was a nice space to relax. Walked almost everywhere. Property manager was extremely responsive and quick to help when we needed extra supplies.

Tulane Grad

The place was great! I had lots of family members that flew down for my son’s graduation. The property was clean with everything we needed. Plenty of couch space to sit and chat as well as hang out in the pool. The pool was right outside the back door and very private. The neighborhood was off of a busy street but once through the gate it was quiet and peaceful. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others.

Great for a business retreat!

The place is spectacular- great layout and huge spaces. It's downtown NOLA and the neighborhood is urban. However we really enjoyed the area and it was close to EVERYTHING. We will stay again in the future. The host checked on us multiple times during the stay, and even let us stop by before check-in to drop some bags and check the kitchen amenities.

Amazing trip!

Celebrated a 50th bday with a group of 14 - this house was perfect! There was plenty of spaces for all us to have our own rooms but also hang out together. The kitchen was open and big with everything we needed including a giant table that we all were able to sit down one night for a fun home cooked meal. The house is walking distance to all the main tourist spots including restaurants and some fun bars. Would definitely rent this house again!

Great space for large groups!

My 13 friends and I loved the house! Communication with Craig and Trevor was easy and they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in and a pack and play for the infant. The house was exactly like the pictures and we loved that there was an open space for the whole group to enjoy together, as well as the pool. It’s an easy walk to Frenchmen St (which we enjoyed more than Bourbon St anyways). Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in Nola!

We had a group of 13 stay for three nights. The unit is very comfortable. The kitchen and dining s spacious. The pool is comfortable and perfect for lounging. The location is convenient to the East Side of the Quarter. It has everything you need within walking distance. We walked all over from the house. Ubers are easy to get into and the location is convenient for being picked up too. The AYU bakery, Ruby Slipper and Spicy Mango were easy to get to and great food. Annunciation is worth the drive across town, excellent food. Saharan has a great free tour. Acme Oyster for some comfort food. Preservation Hall. There is a record store in the same direction, We walked to Cafe Dumonde and of Course all of Bourbon Street is there too. We enjoyed the stay and the walkability. This is New Orleans, this unit has a brand new feel in the middle of old homes and buildings. Depending on your level of ease with the world around you it can feel sketchy. We were comfortable walking all over day and night. The unit is in the back of the building, #5. We saw other people staying in the other units as we came and went but never heard any of them and you have the pool all to your self. There is a small bathroom situation. You have 8 bedrooms but not 8 bathrooms., You just need to stage the people appropriately that are comfortable sharing bathrooms. Some rooms have their own, but we all shared to make sure there were no back logs of people getting ready. We would stay here again for sure.

Family reunion

Our family needed an eight-bedroom house for our New Orleans holiday gathering. This place fit us perfectly, a peaceful retreat within the big city. Weather was too cold for swimming, but we enjoyed looking out at our own private garden. Used the kitchen for many meals in, and walked to the French Quarter for food, music, and entertainment. Best walking route to the French Quarter was via Frenchman Street. Also close to bus route, which we used as well. Host was responsive, check-in simple. Thanks!
