I wanted to give this home a 10. It’s spacious and very clean! The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are great. The layout of the home is perfect for groups. The TVS were awesome and modern. We came in January. I had seen issues reported with the air con, but dismissed them as expecting cooler temps. Outside temps were in the high 70s to med 60s at night. Inside the condo never got below 77 even through the cooler evening temps. During the day, the inside temp was 80. It was miserable. Most windows could not be opened, and no windows had screens. We reported that the air con was not working (the thermostat showed to call service). It was not resolved prior to our departure. Cooking was out of the question mostly due to raising the inside temp. The back and front steps hallways were cool; we propped the doors open to attempt some cooling of the unit. Hopefully this is resolved for the next guests, and as outside temps rise. The kitchen is adequately stocked. The area is awesome-could easily walk a few blocks to grocery, restaurants, trolley, bus, etc.
