  • This restored 1906 historic home is located in the Lower Garden District—one of New Orleans’ most scenic and desirable neighborhoods. It blends classic New Orleans architecture with modern comfort, including a full renovation completed in 2019 with updated finishes, modern furnishings, and curated local art.

    The home features 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light, and a warm, open layout designed for comfort and relaxation. A backyard deck with seating provides additional outdoor space.

    This unit is one of four private residences within the building, each with its own entrance. Guests enjoy self check-in via keypad for convenient arrival.

    The space includes a full kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable living area, fast WiFi, and smart TVs for entertainment and convenience. Each stay is professionally cleaned with fresh linens and toiletries provided.

    Guests are within walking distance of Magazine Street dining, boutiques, coffee shops, and cocktail bars, as well as nearby attractions including the World War II Museum, Lafayette Cemetery, and Commander’s Palace.

    The French Quarter, Audubon Park, and downtown New Orleans are just a short ride away via the nearby St. Charles Avenue streetcar, located one block from the home.

    Transportation is easy with ride-share services, taxis, Blue Bike stations, and free street parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.

A great girls weekend!

We loved this location for being outside of the quarter but just a walk away. We love the garden district. The property was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again when we come to Nola next!

Wonderful visit to New Orleans

We had a wonderful time, and this was the perfect place to stay! The location allows for easy walks to/in the French Quarter and the Garden District. The information from the host was accurate and timely without a lot of unnecessary communication. Highly recommend!

Great location! Easy access to Magazine and Downtown. Clean place with nice stuff. Unfortunately the apartment is directly next to a very well light parking lot. Super safe but the cars and the made it uncomfortable to open the blinds.

Weekend Getaway

This little apartment was so cute and perfect for mine and my mom’s weekend getaway to NOLA! It was clean and well stocked with all necessities. The host was very kind and always responded quickly when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay here! The location is central to so many attractions. There are several amazing restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Maïs Apres, it is exceptional and a 7 minute walk. Also Butcher is a 10 minute walk in the warehouse district.

Fantastic place to stay

We wish we had longer in this lovely apartment, which is in a great location. It is spotlessly clean with lovely sized rooms and there are some wonderful places to eat locally if you don’t fancy going into the city centre. The host responded immediately to any questions; we would definitely stay here again.

Bridal Shower Trip

We had an amazing visit to Nola! I give an amazing amount of praise to the place we stayed as we all just kept saying how cute and how comfortable the place was. When i come back to Nola (which i do frequently) i will always book here if available! 11/10 stars!

Great Stay

Property was clean and well maintained. Great location that is walkable to attractions, dining , and the street car. We only drove our car once during the 4 night stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet at night. I will definitely stay here again on anther trip to NOLA.

Lower Garden District

This home was in a perfect location. It was only a block away from the Trolly line which we took to wherever we needed to go. The living room / kitchen area combo had everything we needed. Bailey was a great host.

We visited New Orleans for a few days and the location of the condo was great and such a cute little place. Bailey was easily accessible for any questions. I would recommend his place to stay for sure. It has everything you would want in a condo.

Clean & Refreshing

Very well-kept property that was spotless, comfortable, and up-to-date with appliances that made us feel like we were at home. The neighborhood felt safe and there was always a place to park without having to worry about paying for parking like at some places. Bailey was easy to get in contact with when we needed to extend our stay and made it easy for us vs trying to work with a 3rd party company. I would definitely stay here again!
