Beautiful Property
The home is absolutely gorgeous and very large, so it’s perfect for big groups. However the host was not the best at communicating. A group had checked out before we arrived and the trash cans were overflowing and smelled terrible. We asked what could be done about the trash and where we should put our trash and we were told just to stack it on top. This didn’t help with the smell. Additionally, the toilet in the front bathroom did not refill with water by itself after being flushed and the light in the bathroom flashed like a strobe light. Also the neighborhood the home is in wasn’t great and we experienced some cat calling issues with the neighbors. Ubers also warned us about the area and recent issues that had come up. Overall we had a great trip and the home was great space-wise and distance from all of the touristy things. Just some other issues that cause me to not give this home a perfect rating.

Clean up after yourself for a hefty cleaning fee
Property is beautiful was clean but every Uber driver was concerned that we was in that neighborhood. The property manager was easy to contact, but we didn't like the fact that we paid a hefty cleaning fee and was asked to take covers off beds, take trash to the road and leave house like we found it. Still wondering about that cleaning fee.

We arrive at the property no clean face towels that we had to purchase and prop mgmt sent over late at night. Vent from ceiling is open. The prop mgr will never call you and text only. 3 air mattress holes in them. She had to have one delivered. We had to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap for all bathrooms. She should prepare you for what you need to supply. Dirty comforters in the closet, stained roll out beds. This wasn’t a welcoming place and the owner acted like it’s our fault. It is in a run down area which you hear gunshots at night. The owner says to me if you aren’t satisfied leave and go somewhere else and jo refund. Really!!! She wasn’t prepared for us and don’t think she lives in town cuz she had someone deliver 1 twin air mattress and face towels. Back yard wasn’t mowed so couldn’t enjoy using that part. Window open in the back good thing we checked before going to sleep. This is for sale right now so owner doesn’t care. Then she tells me well leave me a bad review if you don’t like it. Don’t Don’t Don’t spend your money on this dump. It’s in a low poverty neighborhood and the owner will never call you. She will get some stuff corrected but won’t be ready when you arrive. She does respond to text messages quickly. Beware Beware Beware!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE
Owner is rude and disrespectful. We paid for early check in and the property was filthy when we arrived. Used feminine pads in the trash cans, trash and dirty dishes everywhere, laundry was not washed. After we arrived, we were told the cleaner had an emergency and would be back before the end of the day to finish cleaning. We had to clean everything ourselves and buy laundry detergent to wash all of the dirty linens. We asked for a refund for the early check in fee and were told to leave and find somewhere else to stay if we weren’t happy with the property. When we explained our concerns, I was called a brat. It was 97 degrees in the house when we checked in, took nearly 48 hours to get down to 72 degrees. The hot water was set at 85 degrees and we were not allowed to turn it up.

Nice home in ok area
The house is located in an ok area, we had no issues with neighbors or unwanted guests. The house inside is beautiful and well decorated with plenty of comfortable beds ! All temperpedic mattresses. The house had a vending machine which found to be a cool touch ! There are plenty of extra linens and rollaway beds for bigger parties. We personally didn’t need them as we were 9 and the existing beds slept us comfortably. Things to note, there is no iron or steamer or blow dryer so definitely pack that if needed (we understand these items don’t need to be provided so just a head ups for other parties not a complain ) There is a small amount of dishes and cups so if you have a large party definitely buy some disposable ones. You might need toilet paper at some point of your stay. We had to get toilet paper after our first night, between the 3 bathrooms we had the equivalent of one roll to start off with. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good stay.
Great place. clean, very big open area. don't think 30 people can sleep comfortably though. we had 14 people stay and used every bed/couch except for the air mattresses.

A great stay!
Overall great experience! Beautiful location that was perfect for our bachlorette party. We had a few small issues with checking in on time initially, but it was all cleared up with communication with Taryn, who was great! The neighbors were also great and so sweet. I definitely recommend this property!

Lack of Cleanliness and Location farther than stated
Overall, the place was cute but was not very clean. Comforters and mattresses have multiple stains all over them. Lack of dishes. Location was sketchy and more like an 8-10 minute Uber to most places. Accessing the property was easy. Tall ceilings were great but scuffs all over the walls from previous guests.
