Casas vacacionales en Nueva Orleans

“Genesis was fantastic and the staff was incredibly helpful when I somehow was inadvertently locked out of the room for a little while. Check was very easy. I had all of the information that I needed before my son and I arrived at the property. Smooth sailing and, considering it was Halloween, and the streets were incredibly busy, it was very quiet in our room. Lovely stay.”

“The place was great. The bed was comfortable. A washer and dryer. Good internet. The only issue for me is that the neighborhood is a bit rough. As long as you have a good sense of personal security, it is fine. If you are a fearful person, this place might be a challenge for you.”

“Beautiful house, very clean, friendly host! Area felt safe and very walkable. Highly recommend!”

“Great value!! Great hosts!!”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The host was beyond accessible and accommodating! You can tell he takes pride in his property and his guest! Place was clean, beds were amazing and had all you need for a quick stay away from home. The cute vintage style New Orleans theme decor was a plus as well! Will be back and thank you for having us!”

“Home was definitely as advertised…Great location and more than enough space for our family of five…will book again without question…!!!”

“The property was wonderful for our stay. Many desirable areas are within a 20-30 minute walk, and a very good number of places are even closer walking distance.”

“The house was very clean as described. Will definitely rent out again and will recommend to family and friends.”

“This is a beautiful property! I really like the open floor plan of the first floor and it was nice to have the grill and utensils available for our stay. Rags for handwashing dishes and outlets in the bathrooms would be my only criticisms. Nice Work!”

“House was cozy yet spacious; nice reprieve when it got too hot outside as the house temperature was always pleasant. Lovely backyard space. Great location for food, sightseeing and drinks. Wonderful neighborhood. Hosts were helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond. All and all a perfect stay. Hope to stay again soon! ”

“Everything was as described. Good, clean kitchen. Really appreciated the milk whipper. Super quiet at night but close to Freret action, so the area felt safe. Paul was very responsive and offered really useful advice on parking close to French Quarter. AC worked great, bathroom felt roomy and upscale. A great stay.”

“Very nice house. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Stay was nice there was just nowhere to hang my clothes in master bedroom. Other than that everything was ok.”

“The space was exactly what we were looking for as a family of 3. We loved that the place came with a closed in yard so that our 1 year old could play outside. Our only preference would be a bigger bed/mattress. We slept decent, this one was just a bit smaller than we are used to at home. However, the pictures and description of everything were accurate. We were in a quiet neighborhood, even during the 4th of July weekend. We never had any reason to feel unsafe, but we did utilize the locks on...

“This VRBO was exactly as posted. Very clean, safe neighborhood and the communication with the Host was very quick. We parked in front of the house and walked to the FQ as well as used other transportation for further locales. The only concern was the beds were VERY FIRM. This is a personal preference so I am not counting this against the rental. ”

“Decided to stop on the drive back from Gulf Shores to allow some family members to experience New Orleans. It is a super cute place located next to the Sheriff’s outpost so we felt safe which was important as we had children with us. Hosts and property management team were very helpful, very kind and responsive! And super easy check out as no instructions like towels in washer, etc. just a simple reply, “housekeeping will take care of everything, just have a safe trip home” which was nice. And...

“Comfortable and convenient- host was extremely responsive and house was perfect. No complaints and no concerns.”

“This is a cute little place. Pretty close to all the things we wanted to do and visit.”
