Mid City 2 BR en Beautiful Arts and Crafts House

La casa está decorada con detalles originales de estilo Arts & Crafts de principios del siglo XX, que incluyen una chimenea en el comedor y carpintería original de madera de pino.

House fue renovado recientemente en 2018 y tiene una nueva cocina, baño renovado.

Vivimos del otro lado y un inquilino regular vive abajo. Esta no es una casa de fiestas, estamos buscando huéspedes tranquilos que disfrutarán de nuestra casa y nuestro vecindario.

Hosts were great. Went above and beyond for us. House is very close to Canal Street streetcar, which makes getting around easy. We were surprised at how many restaurants are in mid-city.

Great great great! Nice, quiet neighborhood. House had tons of character, plenty of space. Nice and close to streetcar line that will take you downtown or to the big park. Hosts were awesome, very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. Listing details are accurate. Well stocked house. I hope we can stay here again on our next visit.

Very centrally located, you could easily get to various locations from there. Good air conditioning, which is definitely needed in the summer. Had a good coffee station. Loved all the bathroom products. Nice washer/dryer. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

NOLA Vacation

The property was fantastic, just as described. Very comfortable and welcoming. Our host Mike could not have been better. Very personable and easy to reach. We will definitely stay here again when we return to New Orleans. Great location, convenient to the French Quarter by car or streetcar. Highly recommend this location.

Great location for Jazzfest

Mike and Damion are very helpful and accommodating hosts, with a great house in a convenient Mid-City location. Catching the streetcar or cabs/Ubers is easy and you can get almost anywhere in the city easily. We especially enjoyed the front porch and the quiet neighborhood, and the hosts' flexibility. The house is very comfortable, well-stocked and appropriate for 3-4 adults though certain things could do with being updated/cleaner.

New Orleans pre-Mardi Gras stay

We were a group of 4 adults and found this was ample space for us. You will get the old charm of New Orleans while staying here. A short walk to the Canal trolly and grocery stores. The hosts were amazing. Very quick to respond and helpful when we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it when you want. (French Quarter).

Nice Place

Good location, very comfortable beds, well stocked home. The home owners live right next door and are helpful and generous. Brought us over umbrellas when rain was forecasted! Highly recommend this house.

Great hideaway in a quiet neighborhood

This two bedroom cozy house In central New Orleans is quiet, clean, and convenient to the major attractions tourists want to access. The hosts are friendly and they have labeled things in the house to make use of light switches and TVs easy. We will stay there again!!

NOLO sweet

This is a very well-provisioned, shotgun-style rental home with plenty of features true to its era. The neighborhood odd calm and quiet, and there is easy access to the trolley on Canal Street. It’s a long ride to the French Quarter, but you’re on a trolley—one of the enduring icons of New Orleans! The owners were very responsive, they communicated thoroughly and proactively, and they graciously accommodated a late schedule change that delayed our arrival by a week.

Just what we needed

It was exactly as described, very comfortable. We slept well in the king size bed and the ac kept it nice and cool. We drove and it was conveniently located to anything we wanted to do. It was as described and had a cool, historic vibe with the hardwood floors and fireplace. The neighborhood was a mix, some similar, well upkept homes and duplexes and some smaller, more run down ones all on the same street. We felt safe as my husband and I, and wouldn’t have a problem having our kids there but wouldn’t have them go outside without us. Not that there is much space that I think that would even come up. Overall, I recommend this place!
