A very cute place!

This place is conveniently between the CBD, Garden District, and the Quarter. While it’s farther from the Quarter than the other two neighborhoods, it’s only a fifteen- to twenty-minute walk up to the St. Charles streetcar. It's a nice walk to a few restaurants on St. Charles. There's also a cool crop of restaurants on the overpass near the WW II museum. I would definitely stay here again.

Very charming

I absolutely love this location. The apartment was clean and neat. I brought my laptop to do some work and then Internet worked extremely fast. I love the amenities. Lots of space. Great location. I walked to the WWII and local restaurants. Definitely would come back

Parrot Apartment

We very much enjoyed the Parrot Apartment. Very nicely decorated, great location, and overall pretty clean. Did not hear the traffic noise at all. Only thing is that I got bit by a bug(s) every night, but my partner did not. I communicated this to the host (upon check out) and said he would look into it immediately.

Good place for a short stay!

We had 2 couples stay here for a wedding in downtown New Orleans. Starting with pros: - So many places to easily walk to but Ubers to most locations were only 5-7 dollars! Right in the heart of everything. - Theming was fun! - Area was quiet, never heard noise from other tenants or neighbors. - No chores that VRBOs usually require upon checkout. We basically got to leave and not worry about anything, similar to a hotel. - Beds were comfortable, even the pullout. Cons: - We almost missed our flight because we were locked out of the property early. We ended up knocking on every door in the property and calling and texting Steven many times before we finally started trying random codes in hopes that we could get inside. That was frustrating. If check out is at 11am, why does my door code not work at 10:30am? We also had issues getting into the unit upon check in. - Cleaning was less than desirable. Dead bugs in cabinets, Steven had to bring new towels because most of ours weren’t clean, my feet were black by the time I was ready to get into bed from walking barefoot (needed mopped badly). It could have been worse but could have been better. - Hair dryer is poor. It took me over a half hour to fully dry my hair because it doesn’t get very hot and the power is just low in it. Feels more like a warm breeze. My suggestion would be to add another blow dryer.

Clean, nicely appointed apartment

The apartment was nice and clean, had nice furnishings and a great back patio. We weren't aware until we arrived that the second bedroom was actually a pull out sofa but it was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Parrot Palace

This was a great place to stay, clean, quiet, cute, and affordable. I will strongly recommend it to any of my friends visiting area. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Space was very clean and inviting! Loved little spot across the street to start our weekend off!

Steven made check in and check out a breeze! Space was just as pictures! Very quiet and safe neighborhood! Did have an issue with the pull out bed but it was ok because I didnt reach out for help! Im sure I just didnt know how to work it lol, but this will be our spot to stay in everytime we visit New Orleans! Thank you Parrot Bay for a great celebration!

Great Apartment!

The apartment is wonderful and the owner responded quickly to all of our questions. The location is convenient for using public transit and accessing all parts of the city, however knowing more about parking and safety measures ahead of time would have helped us. Overall, we are very pleased with the accommodations!

Parrot Palace

This place was absolutely perfect! It was in a great location to just hop on the street car to get to bourbon street and the French quarter. It was surprisingly very quiet at night even been so close to some busy streets. The place was spotless when we got there and Steven was great at responding almost immediately and giving great recommendations for anything you may need! We will absolutely be booking this place again when we come back to NOLA!

Quaint and Comfortable

Such a great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to near by surroundings. Other than the parking and the comfort of the bed (it was a tad hard) itself this place was perfect. Very clean and easy to find. A block from the street car as well accessibility for Uber/Lyft. We had a fantastic time and we WILL be back. We 🖤💛 NOLA!

I wanna live here forever!

Clean,cozy, colorful, and great location! Shower was amazing and house had everything you would need! Restaurant across the street was a good recommendation! Cannot wait to rent here again!

Great time at Parrot Palace

Parrot Palace was a wonderful place to stay in New Orleans. Located close to all the attractions very homey and clean.We where looking for a place that was one story and had easy free parking Parrot Palace checked all the boxes for that also. Parking right in front of the apartment. I will definitely stay again Steven was a wonderful host enjoyed our conversation .
