My recent stay was absolutely wonderful! The property is exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were attentive to any questions I had. There are just a few minor things I’ve shared privately that could be improved, but they didn’t detract from the overall experience. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

Comfortable & Classy

The communication with Nicholas, the host, was great - he kept us updated to ensure a smooth check in & relevant information on the unit. The unit itself was amazing for our family of five. The location in the CBD was perfect - close enough to popular areas of interest but still in a quiet area. We felt extremely secure in the unit & neighborhood. The unit was clean, cozy & tastefully decorated and we loved the historic nature of the building. Big plus too was that there was a parking spot included.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It’s in a great neighborhood and only about a 15-minute walk to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street—close enough to enjoy all the excitement, but far enough to relax in peace and quiet afterward. The area felt safe and had a nice local charm.The apartment itself was large, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was comfortable, and having laundry was a huge plus. We especially loved the balcony—it was a great spot to enjoy a drink or morning coffee.Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the host was excellent—responsive, helpful, and made everything feel seamless from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!

New Orleans vacation

Beautiful condo in an incredible area. Short walk to everything we wanted to see without the all night chaos of the French quarter. Great communication with the property management all the way through. Would absolutely come back and stay again.

Excellent Host!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The communication was top notch! The place was clean and had updated nice bathrooms. It was also very conveniently located as we were able to walk everywhere! We will definitely be back!

Easy in the Big Easy

Great, clean, comfortable place in the warehouse district. Communication with the property manager was superb. Close to some amazing restaurants, sports venues and the French Quarter. Strongly recommended!

Great experience, perfect space and location.

Everything in the listing was as advertised, great space for a group of 5 adults. AC was phenomenal, perfect location for us as well. Check in process was flawless, host communication also flawless. Everything worked and entire process went smoothly. Would recommend and stay again for sure.

Great Stay at the 10th Muse for Birthday Trip

Stayed at the 10th muse with a group of friends for a birthday trip & really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had more than enough space for my group & was in a great location walking distance from the main sites, near transit & grocery store, and neighborhood felt safe. The staff were excellent & responded quickly to questions and prepared a guide with all the main sites/recommended restaurants - overall great to work with. Reason for 4 stars was that there were some discrepancies between listing and property which the staff is fixing. The apartment was clean, has a sink and mini fridge but not full kitchen (no stove, dishwasher) and has 2 full beds, a queen, and 1 set of bunk beds (vs two sets of bunk beds) as advertised. This is a great selection if you are with a large group and plan to be out most of the time.

New Orleans Thanksgiving

Property is in a great location. Walking distance to the Superdome, grocery store, pharmacy, and great restaurants are within a block or two. Host was very responsive and quick to assist with needs and questions. There are no closets and not all bedrooms have a clothing rack fyi. This was a family trip with kids ages 10-19 and everyone enjoyed the property. Would book again.
