Sorry for the inconvenience with having no WiFi has caused you but please be assure that we are working fast to get this corrected. We had a storm come through that blew our box out and the Company has been notified and working hard to configure the new box. I want to say again sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you . We do care about the guest that is our number 1 focus here at Wingate in Slidell but unfortunately there are things that our out of our control when it happens.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear that you had a few problems here at our hotel. I do however want to remind you that an ESA animal is not a Service Animal and therefore we are not obligated under any law to accept an animal like your ESA animal. We do not accept pets here at this hotel unless it is a service animal, which in your case an ESA animal does not fall under that catagory. I would also like to remind you that we do not accept any foul langauge directed at our staff, and in an incident where that does happen, our employees have a right to take action as necessary .We wish you the best and a Happy New Year .
