The cabin was very nice. There were definitely some maintenance issues that need to be addressed however. The sink in the main floor bathroom leaked pretty badly. We ended up wrapping a towel around the sink just to keep everything from getting wet. The drip coffee maker also leaked horribly. We left it on the island so it could be thrown out. This cabin sits very close to the road, so there was a lot of road noise. Since it was on a side road, we didn't think this would be an issue, but there was a lot of semi traffic, even later into the evening. We did enjoy sitting under the covered porch and listening to the rain and the curtains that were there could be closed for additional privacy. We thought that was a nice touch.
