- This beautiful house is recently renovated fully and updated including the outside. Pool is heated by the solar panels. It is fully furnished in a beach theme and comes with everything you may need. It has 2 bed and 2 bathrooms with everything necessary to create special memories. Including a fully equipped kitchen. The pool area has a bar area with 3 barstools and a pass-through window to the kitchen. The whole backyard and pool area have special nighttime lighting. The TV has a Roku which includes all the streaming services. The master bedroom has a queen size comfortable bed and the other room has a twin and full-size bed. Washer and dryer are in the garage. High-speed internet access is provided so you can stay connected via your computer or smart device throughout the home. Great shopping and dining can be found close by, Clearwater Beach, Busch Gardens, and Tarpon Springs Spong docks. Tampa airport is 35 minutes away. Disney and Seaworld are approximately 95 minutes away

Loved the home. It was well stocked and the pool area was amazing! We had great weather and spent most of our time in the backyard area. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay again, but did not love the location. However, the house made up for it.

Very clean! We loved the pool. Everything we needed was there, a well-supplied kitchen, bath and pool towels, pool floats, good HVAC, close proximity to great food and state park beaches. We would definitely return to this adorable "cozy cottage"!

Perfect Getaway
Came in for a very sort stay. This is more than cozy and you feel right at home. Nicely decorated, all amenities we needed were available. Very nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Short trip to Tarpon Springs for the Sponge Docks, Greek food and beaches.

We LOVED staying here for the week in Florida! The private pool was nice and a huge hit! The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Renata was great to work with and the property was as represented; very enjoyable. We enjoyed it so much that we have reserved it for next year; in all the years we have rented through VRBO, this is the first time we will have ever rented a property 2 years in a row.

1st Florida Vacation
The home was lovely, very clean and so nicely decorated, it really felt like home.
The pool was FANTASTIC! The location was great as we did not have to drive too far to have fun or shop.
I would recommend this place to all. We really had a wonderful time.

Pool oasis
My husband and I have rented two previous times from Renata and this is the perfect location. The pool is great and it was not too far from Cristin, our daughter & her husband to celebrate my husband’s 86th birthday.

House was fine (we've stayed here before) check in communication could have been better. We chose this house because of the heated pool but the heating never worked in the 3 weeks that we stayed.

One week stay
Cleanliness was immaculate! Pool area was great. Kitchen was wonderful as my wife has a special diet and we cook most meals. Plenty of parks close to enjoy. Close to golf courses

Pool oasis
Perfect location for anyone who likes peace & quiet. The solar pool is amazing. We had three weeks of fun in the pool while visiting family about a mile away. This has been our third year coming to this location.

Cozy Home Away from Home
The house was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy...we slept like babies! The pool area was our favorite! The water was so clear and the weather was perfect! Just a short drive to the beaches, too. Renata and her husband Kris were easy to contact and so accommodating! We loved this trip!

Perfect for family
House was perfect for our family. Typically we end up having dinner out most nights when on vacation but this time was much different. The back patio area was perfect for having family dinner right off the grill. Grandkids had a great time swimming even though it was chilly still. Neighborhood was nice too and just a few mins from where my daughter lives.
