The space
This studio home features a queen-size bed, full-size futon, and large recliner, comfortably sleeping 4–5 guests. Enjoy a full-size kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and a full refrigerator. Please note: no washer or dryer available. Relax on the beautiful patio with sunshades, soon to be fully furnished with an outdoor table and seating for four.

Guest has separate entrance and driveway, shares a backyard.
You will have plenty of privacy with a fence between the backyards!
Guest have their own patio and patio furniture, but can share more outdoor backyard if needed for kids to play or to get out in the sun!
