Great home and neighborhood..

We had fun kyaking and enjoyed setting by the canal and watching pods of dolphins and a sea turtle . The home itself is beautifully decorated and offers every convenience..

This was a great house and the owner was awesome. It was great because the kids could fish right off the back dock and caught all sorts of fish. I would easily rent again

Winter Getaway

Fabulous property. Very clean and comfortable with so many amenities. Quiet and enjoyable neighbourhood. Even got some visits from a pod of dolphins at the dock. Amazing stay that we highly recommend to anyone wanting a family winter getaway!

Great Family Memories were made!

Home was beautifully decorated. Had all the amenities that you need. Easy boat access to the Gulf and convenient to shopping and many restaurants. Owner (Michelle) was very easy to communicate with. Our Family enjoyed our stay and made many great memories.

Absolutely loved this house. The decor was fabulous. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard because it was so cold, but if we ever come back to the area, will definitely book this house again

Great house with dock and access direct to Gulf

Lots of space plus nice patio area on the water. The dock was great for our boat. We had easy access to open water. Michelle was very responsive and easy to work with.

Mermaid Cove

Wonderful property! Very well maintained and welcoming home. Beautifully decorated and spacious to allow comfortable surroundings for everyone. Perfect location to bring your family to enjoy family time together. With the boat dock to accommodate our boat and paddle boat, kayaks and bicycles, there is always something to do!! We will definitely come back!

Family time with our new grandson

Beautiful home, location, and view

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We spent loads of time on the dock fishing, watching the fish jumping, birds, and sea turtles, in the pedal boat, in Tarpon Springs at Hellas and a sunset cruise, and Whiskey Joes in Port Richey! And, lots of relaxing! What a beautiful place Michelle has in New Port Richey with a great location and lots of room! We’ll be back!

Great first experience as VRBO’er at Mermaids Cove.

Mermaids Cove is a wonderful escape for our family get together. The location and the canal to the open water fit the bill perfectly. Michelle kept us informed of the check in and check out process and was available for questions if needed. The home is just as described in the post as is the location and neighborhood. We brought our boat and had a great time fishing and hanging out in the sandbars nearby. I would highly recommend Mermaids Cove to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Welcoming and relaxing visit

A very nice home with wonderful (mermaid) character. The water access is excellent. We saw dolphins and even a manatee just off the dock. This home has a lot of warmth and is located in a great area to access activities and events. We drove downtown Tampa (easy drive) to visit the museums but there is a lot of local attractions close to the home. Michelle is an excellent host. We hope to return again soon.

Sunsets and Mermaids

What a beautiful house right on the water. We loved having late dinners in the backyard watching the sunsets. I highly recommend renting a boat from the marina at the beginning of the neighborhood. The house was close to both downtown Tarpon Springs and Port Richey. Clearwater is about an hour drive away, but well worth it. So Fun!!
