“The location is nice an quiet and in a safe area. This was a GREAT value, but note some things in the comment for improvements. The home is clean, relatively updated and spacious for 2 people. Neighbors were quiet and working folks in the cul du sac. The items that could be improved to make a stay perfect: 1) Some sort of instruction booklet on expectations, things in the area, check out times, how run furnance/ac, etc... There was password to access wi-fi on table, which was about it. 2)...

“This house has a multitude of amenities. I highly recommend this house if you have teenagers. A lot to do without leaving the home. The pool is very well kept and the outdoor space is great for hanging out in the shade or in the sun. The pool table kept the girls occupied many nights as well. All the rooms are spacious and the towels/linens are plentiful. A large dining room table is great and conveniently located off the large kitchen with updated appliances. “We just spent 3 weeks at the Zen Den while my husband had surgery at Moffitt Cancer Center and recuperated. It was a perfect fit. So close to the hospital while he was there and then the clinic for post-op! A nice neighborhood where we could walk and allow him to build up strength after surgery. Many places to eat or pick up food nearby, and Publix too. A pool for my daughter’s amusement. The townhouse itself was perfect. Very clean, very private and everything we needed and more was included....

“Everything went as planned. Location was awesome. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do but not bothered by the busy city noises and traffic. The park down the road was amazing. Kayaked and enjoyed the serenity of all the beautiful nature. We will definitely be back. Only negative is the coffee creamer needs to be replaced before every visitor. Needed to run up to the gas station two minutes away. No big deal but want to”

“We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. ”
