It has a well marked entrance and was easy to find, even in the dark. No ambient light at night meant star gazing was terrific. The bed was comfortable. Elmer was an excellent host and responded promptly to any questions. We highly recommend this as a place to stay if you find yourself in the area. ...

“This is a hidden gem ! The decor is beautiful and the outside area is amazing. We felt at home the minute we walked in. The loveseat is as comfortable (if not more so) than the one in my home. The bed and sheets were also very comfortable . The host thought of everything and the communication was great. We plan to go back at least once a season. It was a wonderful place to unplug.”

“The house itself was gorgeous! We loved all the charm. The beds were very comfortable! Communication with the host was fast and helpful. We had an issue with the door not unlocking and he helped us resolve it right away. Parking was probably the most difficult part. Most times we found a spot on the street but we had to drive around a few times before one opened up. Neighbors were loud during the early evening but settled down after dark. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“The property is attractive and has updated appliances, which initially gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have. Even more concerning, the bathtub leaked so badly that the entire bathroom floor was soaked when we arrived. (And making it impossible to feel safe enough to use the shower.)...

“we did enjoy our stay, however we were a bit disappointed with the location, it is in the middle of town with houses adjoined to you. Also we had a nice meal planned using the grill and couldn't find it. But it was very clean, lots of steps to climb.”
