“We only had a single night stay, but it was a great experience. We were running a tad early on our trip, and the host was able to accommodate a slight earlier check-in time for us. Tons of parking area. Clean property. Conveniently located. Excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.”

“This was a very convenient location on the entry road at the top of the hill. If you know Eagle Rock, and all of its amenities, then you are aware of the multiple pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and bocce ball courts. We walked the nature and fitness trail, which was a little bit buggy with gnats in August. The house was very nice and spacious. The host was in touch regularly!”

“The sheets could be updated. We did not use them as they were dirty and then the clean ones were in the dryer and not completely dried so they smelled bad. This could be due to the fact that the heat and hot water was turned off.”

We traveled with a 4 yr old who enjoyed the video games and a 1 yr old, having a high chair and bassinet available was amazing! Overall house was huge, clean and we enjoyed our time there. “We had a great stay at the Chalet. It was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were very inviting. The Chalet is a quick 10-15 minute drive from all the dining and shopping in Jim Thorpe. We went back and forth a few times and it was super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here! We'll be back in the warmer (less icey) weather to do some hiking and more exploring! ”

“Great property in a private community about 5 miles up the hill from downtown Jim Thorpe. Community features a pool, lake, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts all of which are about a 5 minute walk from the house. We rented the six person golf cart that was at the house as well which was good for getting kids and the dog around.The backyard was great for hanging out with a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub.
