“Had a great stay in New Smyrna. House located on the beach next to a quiet beach access walkway. Close to Publix and dining locations. House was well appointed and clean. Layout a little wonky as third bedroom upstairs must use one of the bathrooms from the other three bedrooms. There is no bathroom located in a common area...only off a bedroom.”

Corner location was so quiet, if not for the construction, we would have felt we were alone in the complex. The beds were comfy and the beach towels, chairs and pool noodles made our short stay extremely convenient since we didn't have to carry those items with us. “Overall great stay. I would power wash the pool area. The spider webs hanging from the celling was really uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if something was going to drop on me or in the water.”

“It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.”
